Everyone knows that The Real Housewives of New Jersey is on pause for the foreseeable future. So for the time being, it seems many of the cast members from the show are finding other ways to stay relevant. Now, Teresa Giudice and her daughter Gia Giudice may be planning to open a restaurant. Plus, see recent pictures of Teresa and Luis Ruelas at parents’ weekend for Milania Giudice‘s university.
Starting a restaurant isn’t too crazy of an idea for Teresa and her family. The RHONJ OG has been writing cookbooks for several years now. Additionally, as the show is on a break, she and her nemesis, Melissa Gorga, have both taken to social media to post cooking videos.
Teresa recently discussed her idea of opening a restaurant with Bravo’s The Daily Dish. She says she will enlist the help of all four of her daughters, and especially Gia, the oldest.
According to Teresa, “Gia will be helping. She would want to work there also and help me. And the girls, too. So it’d be like, me and the girls.”
She also shared that Luis and his son would help with operations for the future restaurant. Regarding a timeline, she says, “I’m hoping to lock it in before the end of the year, but I’m working on it. I’ve always wanted to open up a restaurant, and finally, now, I’m like, you know what, I’m gonna do it.” See Teresa in action in the kitchen below.
Regarding the menu, naturally, it would be an Italian restaurant, and Teresa wants to use her mother’s recipes.
In other Teresa news, she and Luis recently attended parents’ weekend at the university Milania attends. She made a post on Instagram that contained two pictures, one with the three of them and another with only Teresa and Milania in what looks to be her dorm room. Many of the comments on the post highlighted how much Milania looks like her mother.
