Jackie Goldschneider called out Margaret Josephs for “[tear]ing me to pieces” in the press after the latest season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey. She also addressed her reconciliation with Teresa Giudice, and where she stands with Jennifer Aydin after the Jersey Mike’s controversy.

On season 14, Jackie’s friendship with Margaret imploded as she found herself getting closer to Teresa – her former enemy. Jackie’s friendship with Jennifer also strengthened, though Jennifer recently fell into hot water after posting a video of herself complaining about an “80-year-old” who allegedly made her sandwich too slowly.

On the No Filter with Zach Peter podcast, Jackie addressed Margaret’s shady interviews after the season ended.

“What I don’t like is that Margaret went on a podcast for about six months after and just tore me to pieces and tried to embarrass me,” said Jackie, via allabouttrh.com. “I just felt like, just stop. You’re too, the show is over, grow up.”

“That’s what I dislike the most. Not what she did on the show, because on the show, whatever. The show is the show. You’re gladiators in the arena, and everybody’s watching,” continued the star, who felt it was hard to move on because Margaret’s personal attacks remained public. “I didn’t say a bad word about her ever in press. I didn’t say a bad word about anyone on the show. I just didn’t like that she did that.”

Jackie also pointed to other ‘Housewives’ franchises in reference to her reconciliation with Teresa.

“I’m watching Potomac now. Wendy and Gizelle are moving forward, or Karen and Gizelle, both sets, and everybody’s applauding them for moving forward,” she said. “When it came to me making up with Teresa, it was such a big deal, like, ‘How could you forgive someone like that?’ … Why am I not allowed to make up with somebody and move forward?”

“It was all because Margaret didn’t let it be okay, and that’s what bothers me,” she added. “I don’t think I would be good friends with her ever again, but I would certainly move on … I forgive easily because I don’t really care much.”

In an interview for Virtual Reali-Tea, Jackie also shared her thoughts on Jennifer’s controversy.

“I think at her core, [Jennifer’s] a good person. I think she made a mistake,” said Jackie. “I think she thought it would land differently, and it was not a good look. And I think she knows that and regrets it.”

As for where they stand, Jackie said they were never “super close” on the show but they’re “still friend[s].”

“I don’t talk to her often,” she explained, “but I feel bad for anyone who messes up and then gets pounced. Really pounced. But I mean, she deserves a little of the pouncing and I think she knows that … It was just a bad situation.”
