RHONJ rocked by unprecedented schedule change as there will be ‘no reunion’ after entire cast is ‘not on speaking terms’

REAL Housewives of New Jersey is not getting a Season 14 reunion as the cast is unwilling to even be together - it was reported on Saturday.

The extremely rare break from the traditional format has left fans thinking that the Bravo show will get a new lineup or be canceled.

RHONJ axed its reunion episode as nearly all its stars have fallen out, Page Six confirmed.

This may be the first time a Real Housewives franchise has not ended a season with a get-together hosted by Andy Cohen.

“The women were notified by production this week that a traditional reunion wasn’t happening this season amid the divisive state of the show,” a source told the outlet.

The cast includes Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, Rachel Fuda, Danielle Cabral, Jenn Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider.

A second source shared the cast and "friends" of the latter two ladies were told that the network is "brainstorming a different concept to wrap up the season instead."

Usually, housewives' reunions are meant to bury hatchets among series stars.

However, it has become clear that the RHONJ group's path forward isn't feasible in such a setting, per Page Six.

'REBOOT OR CANCEL...'
Fans flooded social media shocked by the news and thinking it was time for a reset on RHONJ.

"Is this confirmed?? How do they explain this??" one fan asked.

"The cast doesn’t want to mend things or reunite to talk bout the season and find resolution," wrote another.

"It’s time for a reboot, Andy has lost control of this franchise, which isn’t even entertaining anymore."

"I’m out," wrote a third. "Hope the husbands get their own show."

"When it gets to the point where you know every episode is going to be about how to hate Teresa and Louie then yes, I’m glad they canceled it," wrote a fourth.

"About freaking time! It was the most toxic franchise ever! Same agenda, same people and newbies wannabes," wrote a fifth.

A sixth said, "I think they should give Teresa and her daughters their own show and I think they should either cancel or redo jersey with all new people."

One more agreed, "Finally what we’ve been asking for the past few seasons.. reboot or cancel."

Season 14's fifth episode airs this Sunday and will do so weekly until the finale.

'BOMB IN FINALE'
According to Page Six, the upcoming Season 14 finale will explain to fans why the reunion was nixed.

A source said that there's an intense dinner scene in which insults, curses, and dinnerware are "lobbed between the ladies."

“It makes sense,” the insider said.

“And once viewers see the finale, the decision to forgo the traditional reunion will make even more sense.”

GIUD HEAVENS
The discontent with RHONJ is rooted in Teresa's feud with her estranged sister-in-law, Melissa.

Their feud worsened after Teresa, 52, and her second husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, accused Melissa of cheating on her husband, Joe Gorga, during the messy Season 13 finale.

Melissa denied the accusations and skipped Teresa and Luis' August 2022 wedding.

Teresa and Melissa mostly filmed RHONJ Season 14 separately.

Melissa earlier said on her podcast she's “happier” with “almost zero” communication.

Meanwhile, there is also conflict between other cast members like Margaret and Jackie.

Additionally, it was reported last September that Danielle and Jennifer got into a spat during production that resulted in both being temporarily suspended from filming.

Only Dolores has stayed neutral with everyone, which is seen in a preview of the finale dinner.

She remains seated at the table, surrounded by broken glass - which seems poetic given the state of things.

“There’s a big bomb at the finale … and you would never know what it would be,” Dolores said at Bravocon 2023.
