RHONJ Fans Unleash Fury: Andy Cohen and Producers Face Unforgiving Backlash for '10-Minute Dinner Finale - lulu

RHONJ fans 'will never forgive' Andy Cohen and producers for '10-minute dinner finale'

OMG. Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are getting almost as heated on social media as the cast is at Rails Steakhouse this summer. The future of RHONJ currently hangs in the balance. But, Andy Cohen’s recent comments on the show’s outlook don’t sound promising.

It’s safe to say Teresa Giudice, Dolores Catania, Melissa Gorga, Jackie Golschneider, Jennifer Aydin, and Margaret Josephs’ drama makes for great reality TV. If you love some unhinged drama, family feuds, bitter resentment, and wild “stunts” being pulled off on former friends turned foe, The Real Housewives of New Jersey really could be your thing. While RHONJ fans are likely coming to terms with the fact the show is set to undergo some changes, lots of viewers are angered by the “hype” around the season 14 finale versus what they actually watched this August.

Fans ‘will never forgive’

Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are taking to social media in full force to get their true thoughts off their chest this summer.

After a season full of drama, many thought a big untraditional reunion was coming fans’ way. But, instead, lots were dealt a “dud” of a finale which some say was a “10-minute dinner.”

The RHONJ ladies met up at Rails for their “last supper.” The scene was highly anticipated but many people are now labeling the dinner a “fail,” and “trash.”

It appears fans’ real issue is with how “hyped up” RHONJ’s final episode was.

One viewer tweets via X (Twitter): “‘ll never forgive Andy and the producers on #RHONJ for hyping up that 10-minute dinner.”

Andy talks ‘future’ of RHONJ

Every time RHONJ gets a mere mention from Andy, fans are all ears. His August 6 comments really seem to show he’s not got faith there’s much of a future in the series.

Fans are taking to X to beg for a “reunion,” but Andy calls the “reunion that’s not a reunion” a “soft landing for the show.”

Taking to X, some write: “Again, Andy hyped up the finale and it was a fail. Still needed a reunion!”

“Andy are you just trying to send us into a frenzie? Why would you cancel this show??? We don’t want a Teresa & Dorters spin-off, just give us a revamped #RHONJ with Tre at the center.”

Andy said on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live: “It did kind of feel like a series finale, didn’t it?”

Taking to the comments after his radio show, fans write: “We’re so bored of this and that franchise. Whenever Andy hypes something, it’s underwhelming.”

More said they “love Andy” but thought the finale wasn’t any good.

Another says: “I’m done with that show and almost done with all housewives shows? ? Now I’m going to start blaming Andy and the producers.”
