RHOM’s Todd Nepola Buys $4.2 Million Penthouse After Split From Alexia-quang

Todd Nepola certainly seems ready to move on after divorcing Alexia Nepola. He reportedly paid millions for his luxury apartment in the sky, not long after filing for divorce from the “Real Housewives of Miami” star last year.

According to The U.S. Sun, Todd paid $4.2 million for his own luxury apartment in Miami. He purchased it in September of last year, months after he surprised Alexia with the divorce filing.

Todd’s New Apartment Is in the Same Building That Alexia Lives In

While their marriage is over, Todd and Alexia’s relationship has continued. “We actually did get divorced. We got legally divorced, but we’re still seeing each other,” confirms Alexia.

The two have been spotted showing loads of PDA in Miami, so it almost makes perfect sense that Alexia has also rented a different, smaller unit in the same building.

Todd’s new apartment is over 3,000 square feet with beautiful amenities, three bedrooms, and four and a half baths. The floor-to-ceiling windows are more than 20 feet high, offering a stunning view of Miami.

He also has a gigantic balcony and a carbon fiber kitchen with expensive appliances. The penthouse features a two-car garage located within the unit. The building features a car lift that allows vehicles to be brought directly into the apartment.

The Couple’s Split Has Played Out on RHOM

Fans of “Real Housewives of Miami” have had a front row seat for Alexia and Todd’s divorce, as it has been one of the prominent storylines of the current season. Going through the heartbreak in real time while letting the cameras follow her hasn’t been easy for Alexia, especially since he blindsided her with the divorce filing.

Earlier this month, Alexia reflected on her split. “Imagine how hard and how difficult this was for me to have to share [on camera]. It was raw. It was emotional. It was so hard,” she told E! News. “Some days I didn’t even show up to film. It was that bad. It was definitely super hard to share your relationship to the world and then everybody has a public opinion about the situation. So it’s hard.”

As far as the current status of the on/off couple, she says, “You’re gonna have to watch the whole season. What happens is that you’re gonna see highs and lows in my relationship and in my journey.”
