Larsa Pippen is fighting back after being accused of showcasing a “different face” during an appearance earlier this week in New York City.
After fans compared the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star to the late Elsa “Mama Elsa” Patton, mom to Larsa’s co-star, Marysol Patton, 58, Larsa reacted to a video shared by an aesthetician, Dr. Mai Kaga, who suggested she was “noticeably overfilled” and showing signs of “excessive facial filler.”
“What went wrong here?” the doctor asked on Instagram. “She is so gorgeous, naturally, genetically. Like this is a beautiful girl. She already had a rhinoplasty in her before photo, that’s probably been revised. The majority of the issue here, even though she has had plastic surgery, this is really filler gone wrong. This is grossly being overfilled.”
“So when you look at her cheek, there’s no definition. There’s no contour. It’s just lumps of filler, and when she animates, it’s even more apparent,” she continued, along with before and after photos of the RHOM cast member. “Her laugh line, there’s nothing smooth happening. It’s actually quite tight, and it’s really not forming a nice natural smile because of the amount of filler that’s around that anatomical area. Her lips, very overfilled, giving that sausage effect, her chin overfilled, her jaw is very wide now, as opposed to her before.”
“So even though you have all the money in the world, you still need a good injector,” Dr. Mia concluded.
After the video was shared, however, Larsa clapped back, noting that her look was the result of an allergic reaction she had to a PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedure.
“Honey I had PRP and had an allergic reaction so chill,” Larsa revealed in a comment.
She also took to her Instagram Story, where she confirmed the swelling was coming down.
“Hey guys, you can relax. I had PRP on my face a couple days ago, so my face was a bit swollen. It looks like it’s coming down so you guys can just calm down,” she told her online audience.
The Real Housewives of Miami season seven airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
