"I'd rather post a really f------ ugly picture of me naked, that I would never show anyone in a million years, than get back together with Lenny," Lisa Hochstein said of the prospect of reconciling with her ex-husband

Lisa Hochstein says she'll "never" reconcile with her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein following their divorce, despite her jokes about it during the The Real Housewives of Miami season 7 premiere.

The hit Bravo series' seventh season premiered on Wednesday, June 11, and shared a glimpse of Lisa's reaction to Lenny's August 2024 breakup with his on-and-off-again fiancée, Katharina Nahlik.

Lisa, 42, joined costars Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton for an evening get-together, and quickly after Lisa's arrival, Marysol immediately told Lisa, "We were just talking s--- about you. Just kidding!"

But Alexia, 58, chimed in to add, "Not about Lisa. But Lenny, on the other hand."

"I'm getting a little worried that you might want to get back together with him," Marysol, 58, said.

Lisa, with a smirk on her face, slowly nodded her head and confirmed, "He's been asking to get back." Then both Marysol and Alexia screamed in shock, "No!"

Marysol threw herself onto the restaurant booth, saying, "No, no, no. Don't do it! No! Oh my god, don't do it." But then immediately asked about Lisa's boyfriend, Jody Glidden. (Lisa and Jody confirmed their relationship in February 2023, less than a year after Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022.)

"I love Jody, but I have kids to think about," Lisa replied, about her son, Logan, 9, and daughter, Elle, 6, whom she shares with Lenny.

Alexia then began to tell Lisa to stand as a role model for her daughter and her future relationships, before Lisa quickly clarified she's "just kidding" about getting back together with Lenny.

"Are you kidding?" a concerned Marysol asked, with Alexia adding, "She was really concerned." Lisa said it was "so funny" to joke around with them.

The episode then cut to Lisa's confessional, where she firmly explained that she would never get back together with Lenny. "I'd rather post a really f------ ugly picture of me naked, that I would never show anyone in a million years, than get back together with Lenny."

"I know that doesn't sound bad to a lot of people, but I would just be devastated," Lisa said through a bout of laughter.

Ahead of the trio's conversation in September 2024, Lenny and Lisa went through a public divorce that began during season 5. Lenny filed for divorce from the TV personality in May 2022, citing "irreconcilable differences." That same month, the pair confirmed their split.

Days after they announced their separation, Lenny, 58, made his romance with now-ex-fiancée Katharina Mazepa, 29, public. He ultimately sparked rumors of infidelity, but the surgeon insisted that he was never unfaithful to Lisa.

Just over a year later, on July 30, 2023, Lenny and Katharina announced their engagement, which prompted the RHOM star to call her estranged husband out on social media. “Congrats to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

Then, in August 2024, the pair called off their engagement — just before RHOM picked up cameras. Three months later, and more than two years after filing for divorce, a judge signed off on the case and declared Lisa and Lenny legally single. The plastic surgeon was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support.

Lenny then re-proposed to Katharina the next month. However, on Wednesday, June 11, Katharina told Page Six that she and Lenny have parted ways once more.

“After a meaningful chapter together, I’ve made the decision to respectfully end our engagement and return the ring,” she said, adding that she experienced “a quiet realization that sometimes love transforms, and letting go with grace is the most dignified path forward.”

The Real Housewives of Miami season 7 airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. Each episode will be available to stream on Peacock the next day.
