REAL Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson has revealed that she had cancer and has undergone a hysterectomy.
During an interview with Jeff Lewis Live, Vicki, 59, opened up about her cancer diagnosis, which also caught gal pal Tamra Judge, 54, by surprise.

The conversation kickstarted when Jeff brought up the RHOC star's relationship with ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers.
Jeff said: "When that sh*t went down with Brooks, I defended you."
Vicki said: "Until you and Shannon, everybody in there, saying 'Oh! I was in on the cancer scam.
"By the way, what did I win? Nothing! I got $380,000 dollars out of my checkbook into his."
The Real Housewives star explained that she had paid for Brooks' "own sh*t" for about five years.
She shouted: "I got scammed!"

As the conversation got heated and Tamra wanted to "move on," Vicki screamed out: "I had cancer."
She mentioned: "I had my whole f**king uterus taken out!"
Vicki didn't go into detail so it's not known when the cancer diagnosis happened or when she had the serious operation.
Neither Tamra or Jeff picked up on Vicki's comments and the interview moved on.
'BEING ALONE'
Elsewhere in the interview, Vicki opened up about her most recent relationship with ex-fiancé Steve Lodge.
The reality star announced the split in September and in the weeks that followed accused Steve of cheating on her.
Steve spoke out about the split with a different timeline, claiming that he split from Vicki in December 2020.
Vicki said in the interview: “Steve’s family is my family, still. I love them like my own. This fear of being alone, abandonment, has always been huge for me.”
The TV star "didn't want" their relationship to end.
Tama said: "[Steve] literally — I’m going to save it Vic — he literally moved out of her house into another woman’s one-bedroom apartment while we were filming All-Stars."
Back in September, a source told Us Weekly: “Steve broke up with Vicki while she was filming the [Real Housewives] spinoff show in the Berkshires.”
The insider added: “After he told her this, she was traumatized. It ruined her.”
'DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR'
Midway through October, Vicki appeared to be bashing Steve with Tamra in a series of Instagram comments.
Vicki accused her ex of using her and behaving in a very "un-Christian-like way."
She ranted: "He used me, he lied to me, he's been dating a 36 year old and is not what he portrays himself to be.
"No Christian man would do what he's done."
Tamra replied: "While sleeping in your bed running for governor, using your followers."
The TV personality replied back: "While I was out of town working on a biz trip, he took her to my condo in Mexico! He's been flaunting around my town in OC making out in public places."
