Turns out fans aren’t the only one who aren’t a fan of Alexis Bellino’s behavior on season 18 of RHOC. The returning Housewife admits that she was overly dramatic and juvenile by kicking Katie Ginella and Jennifer Pedranti out of her house.
On last week’s episode of RHOC, Alexis Bellino’s dramatic return took a turn for the worse after she received a text message from Shannon Beador letting her know she was not invited to the season 18 cast trip to London. After reading Shannon’s text message to co-stars Katie Ginella and Jennifer Pedranti, Alexis found herself so annoyed that she kicked them both out of her house.
Now, looking back at the moment, Alexis Bellino admits she “acted 16 instead of 47.”
The mom of three says she was not thinking clearly when she booted Katie and Jenn from her house.
While chatting with Bravo TV, RHOC producers showed the clip of Alexis the clip reading Shannon Beador’s text aloud to Jenn and Katie.
“Hello Alexis. It’s Shannon Beador. I am hosting a trip to Europe with my friends and just wanted to make it clear that you are not invited. That should be quite understandable, given the circumstances. Thank you for the flowers, but I am not interested in an olive branch,” read Shannon’s text message.
After finishing, Alexis then walks to her front door and ushers Katie and Jenn out.
“She opened the door, and she goes, ‘It’s time to go.’ And I looked at Jenn and said, ‘I think that’s for us.’ I’ve never been kicked out of anywhere before,” Katie recalled.
As for Alexis, she understands how bad she looked in that moment.
“It was one of those moments where I acted 16 instead of 47,” she confessed, adding that she feels like “Shannon has been trying to” get her kicked “out of the group,” which is why she had such a “knee-jerk” reaction towards Jenn and Katie.
“This was not such a good moment for Alexis,” she ended, talking about herself in the third person.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
