RHOC Star Ryan Boyajian Says He is Suing Tamra Judge and Served Her With Lawsuit as Tamra Issues Apology After Accusing Him of ‘Stealing’ From MLB Player

RHOC's Ryan Boyajian Says He is Suing Tamra Judge for Defamation and Served Her With Lawsuit as Tamra Issues Apology After Accusing Him of "[Stealing]" From MLB PlayerThings have quickly escalated in the ongoing feud involving Tamra Judge and Ryan Boyajian, the fiance of Jennifer Pedranti as Ryan just revealed he is suing Tamra and has served her with lawsuit papers, which has now led to Tamra apologizing.

During the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County., Tamra claimed Ryan’s home was raided by the FBI amid their investigation into the MLB scandal involving player Shohei Ohtani, 30, who was reportedly robbed of $16 million by his interpreter.

And then during an appearance on Thursday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, Tamra took things a step further when she alleged Ryan had stolen from a Dodgers player, most likely referring to Ohtani, who currently plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

“By the way, BigTreat.com and VenaCBD, you know what, Ryan? We sell more in a month than what you stole from the Dodgers player,” Tamra alleged on WWHL as she attempted to defend her finances and businesses.

So it was rather surprising when Tamra took to her Instagram Stories on Friday night to retract her statements about Ryan in a video she posted with her husband, Eddie Judge, while walking the streets of New York.

“Did you guys watch WWHL? It was so good… I will say I was a little bit tired, I did misspeak a little bit on a couple of things,” said Tamra. “I didn’t mean to say that Ryan stole the money. I meant Vena made more money than what was stolen from the Dodger player. But I didn’t mean Ryan so I apologize for that because, like Andy [Cohen] said, you’re innocent until proven guilty.”

Ryan then took to the comments section of an Instagram post by AllAboutTRH of Tamra’s comments to confirm he had just served Tamra with lawsuit papers earlier in the day.

“Trying to avoid a new lawsuit it seems… convenience to misspeak on a public platform… I don’t buy anything this woman is selling,” wrote one fan.

Ryan responded on September 28: “Facts. I had Tamra served yesterday. Hence the apology.”

Ryan then shared more details on his lawsuit against Tamra, revealing he even hired the same attorney as Jim Bellino, who famously sued Tamra and Shannon Beador for defamation years ago after he accused them of making false claims about his business.

A fan wrote to Ryan, “Please get yourself a good lawyer and sue Tamra’s a-s off. She’s out here now trying to do damage control saying I didn’t mean to say Ryan stole money. We are behind you and Jen 💯.”

Ryan responded: “FACTS ☑️ I ALREADY DID – I hired Geoff Neri which is the same AMAZING attorney that represented Jim Bellino in his victorious slander and defamation lawsuit against Tamra years ago. She was served yesterday. #ROUND 2.”

The AllAboutTRH Instagram page also shared a photo purported to be the lawsuit papers at Tamra’s door.

Tamra ended up settling the lawsuit with Jim in 2021 after 3 years and she has since revealed the lawsuit cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars. Shannon fared better than Tamra as a judge dismissed all the claims against Shannon that said her statements were defamatory in 2019 while she also was awarded $137,340.25 in attorney fees.
