The Real Housewives of Orange County has ended for the season, and it shouldn’t be long before cameras go up again. Still, Jennifer Pedranti‘s divorce drama is continuing. Her ex, William Pedranti, filed a motion to change the support he pays her, and he is also being required to show up in court with his earnings statements. This comes after he accused the RHOC star of harassment.Jennifer Pedranti breaks down explosive conversation with Gina Kirschenheiter (Video) | Page Six

Jennifer and William tied the knot in 2002. They have five kids together. Sadly, things went south in their marriage, and their divorce was finalized in July of this year. Jennifer has blamed their breakup on lingering issues.

According to InTouch Weekly, William has filed a new court motion related to the support he pays to Jennifer. Specifically, he feels the court should end the spousal support in light of her lavish lifestyle and engagement to Ryan Boyajian

He especially called out the $1,750 she spends each month eating out and said it seems “very high.” He also highlighted the fact that she spends $3,000 each month on groceries and household supplies.

His filing also says, “She notes that she is spending $2,000 on monthly clothes. This seems excessive.”

Notably, their June agreement has William paying $1,735 monthly for spousal support and $4,674 for child support. The RHOC star was also set to receive a lump sum payment of $267,000 to “equalize the division of their community assets.” However, one of their kids now lives with William, so he recently requested a decrease in child support to reflect the change.

Jennifer has not responded to this latest motion. However, she did respond to him previously saying she was harassing him by showing up at his home. Additionally, Jennifer has said she never received the lump sum payment and that her living with Ryan should have no impact on their arrangement as he left her with nowhere else to live.

According to her, “I believe it is unfair to terminate spousal support because I am cohabitating with Ryan. The ONLY reason I am cohabitating with Ryan is because William left me with no other option.”

William is also accusing Jennifer of making untrue statements in their initial declaration. Regarding her saying she had not worked, he says, “Jennifer worked in marketing for the Irvine Company in 2002 and 2003 (we were married in September 2002). She also worked as a yoga instructor for Sumits Yoga in Rancho Santa Margarita in 2015, 2016, and 2017. In addition, we purchased an equity interest in such studio in 2017 and Jennifer was a co-owner of the studio and helped run studio operations until we sold our equity interest in 2019. Finally, we invested in and opened the yoga studio, Devi Rebel Yoga, in the Fall of 2020, which Jennifer co-led prior to our separation in 2021.”

He also says that Jennifer did not support him while he was in law school, which she claimed to have done in their declaration.

Regarding his expenses, William says he has spent $16,350 on rent for his home since March. He also pays $4,684 in rent for one of the kids and $4,720 in car payments for two of the kids. Plus, he covers car insurance for his car and the two kids’ cars, as well as various expenses for them, totaling $5,397.

The motion continues, “I did not take all the assets from the sale of the home and use them as I see fit. I was working to support Jennifer and our children’s expensive lifestyle, which included (since the date of separation) total aggregate payments of over $125,000 for luxury cars and $300,000 for rent in luxury homes.”

He adds, “I could have contested how Jennifer’s half of the sale proceeds were used solely for her benefit, but in the interest of finalizing the divorce, as part of the division of the community property and settlement of all claims regarding use of community and separate property, I agree to pay her one half of the sale of the proceeds benefit, but in the interest of finalizing the divorce, as part of the division of the community property and settlement of all claims regarding use of community and separate property, I agree to pay her one half of the sale of the proceeds.”

InTouch Weekly also previously reported that William was required to show up in court with detailed records of his earnings. Apparently, the judge said, “If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court, and the court may make an order requiring you to pay the reasonable attorney fees incurred by the judgment creditor in this proceeding.”

Aside from this, Jennifer also defended showing up to William’s home and explained why it was not harassment. She said in court documents, “Please also note William has not responded to one of my several messages. If William would communicate with me, I would not need to go to his house or try to communicate with him live.”

This also comes after he accused her of making disparaging comments about him on RHOC
