RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti Warns of the "REAL Truth" as She Shades Ex-Husband Will as "Unbelievable" for Accusing Her of Harassment and Invasion of Privacy as He Requests Spousal Support Be Terminated and Child Support Be LoweredA landlord is reportedly suing Jennifer Pedranti and her business partners at the Devi Rebel Yoga Studio for $165,976 for failing to pay rent. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is also in a legal battle with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, over spousal and child support.

Last season on the show, Gina Kirschenheiter helped Jennifer get a rental property. But when Jennifer was later evicted for unpaid rent, Gina viewed it as a personal attack on her reputation.

Recently, In Touch obtained court docs indicating that a judge at Orange County Superior Court awarded the landlord of Jennifer and her business partners $160,026.60, plus $5,950 in attorney fees.

In 2023, Plaza El Paseo Center, the landlord of the shopping center in which the yoga studio resides, sued Jennifer, her ex-husband William, and two business partners. In the lawsuit, the defendants were accused of failing to cover the rent they owed for the property, which they began leasing in 2019. The plaintiff said Jennifer and the other defendants agreed to pay $4,651 each month in rent after paying an initial $18,000 deposit.

Over time, the rent was raised, eventually to $9,000 a month.

“On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants, and each of them, failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time,” said the lawsuit. The plaintiff claimed Jennifer and the other parties were given notice about the breach in 2023, and the landlord demanded damages in the amount of $130,000. In 2024, the defendants reached a settlement.

The deal apparently stipulated that the business partners would pay the landlord $160,000 in three payments of $25,000, and a final payment of $85,026 on December 31, 2024. In October of that year, the landlord reportedly filed documents alleging that the defendants failed to make the payments. The plaintiff claimed they only paid the first $25,000. In an April 2 hearing, a judge granted the plaintiff’s request to enforce the $160,000 settlement.

That order stated, “The unopposed Motion to Enforce Settlement … wherein Plaintiff asks the Court to enter judgment for Plaintiff Plaza El Paseo Center, LLC and against Defendants Jennifer Pedranti, William Pedranti, [and the two other business partners] in the principal amount of $160,026.60 and award attorneys’ fees and costs in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation and Order of the Court filed May 28, 2024 in the amount of $5,950.27 is GRANTED.”
