Garcelle Beauvais is disgusted by Diana Jenkins‘ verbal attack on Sutton Stracke.
After Diana was seen lashing out at Sutton amid their girls’ trip to Aspen on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, telling her she has no friends and agreeing with Erika Jayne‘s season 11 sentiment that she’s a “c-nt,” Garcelle spoke out against the season 12 newbie, slamming her behavior as “uncalled for” as Dorit Kemsley and Erika defended her.
“She was evil. That was really like, like nothing I’ve ever seen,” Garcelle admitted on the August 31 episode of the RHOBH: After Show. “It was just uncalled for… I felt like Diana just cut to the core and just said some really really hurtful things…”
“For no reason,” Sutton interjected.
“And then as part of a group,” Garcelle continued.
According to Sutton, she felt it was “very low” for Diana to use her miscarriages against her.
“Women don’t do that to each other,” she stated. “And she said, ‘You don’t have any friends. You didn’t even tell these people about your miscarriages.’ I’ve known these people three years. There’s a lot I have not told these people about myself.”
“And then she runs out, and they all run out after her… I’m so hurt by these women,” Sutton admitted.
Meanwhile, in their own RHOBH: After Show segment, Dorit and Erika made it clear they weren’t nearly as taken aback by Diana.
“I think Diana, previous to that, had just agreed to be pleasant in the group and just be fine with Sutton, but I think there was obviously underlying feelings, and that was a moment where Diana was very raw,” Dorit reasoned as Erika agreed their castmate was “very hurt” at the time.
“And she was expressing it,” Dorit noted. “But the thing I think I was most moved by, however, it came out, and you could tell Diana had a lot of emotion behind it, but she said, ‘Okay, Sutton, you wanna do it, then let’s do it. Let’s really put our cards on the table. Let’s have it out so we can move forward.’ And I feel like that was lost on everyone, and definitely Sutton.”
Dorit went on to note that Diana’s antics against Sutton on the latest episode of RHOBH were much like Sutton’s antics towards Diana during their Mexico trip.
“It’s not like Sutton hasn’t really used force and spoken to people with a lot of aggression, and I think it was a moment that was a little lost where at that point, Sutton could’ve engaged, said something, whatever it is, but she broke down, and she garnered a lot of sympathy,” Dorit recalled. “I think it really made Diana look like she was the aggressor, and I genuinely feel that what was behind Diana’s raw emotion was ‘Let’s be honest, let’s have it out, and then maybe we can move on.’”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
