RHOBH’s Erika Jayne Admits She Didn’t Want to “Wake Up” Amid Legal Drama, Plus She Shows Off Slimmest Body Yet and Teases New Music!

Erika Jayne Drops Her Skin-Care Routine | GlamourErika Jayne struggled through “dark” times in 2022 as she faced a number of lawsuits and accusations related to her estranged husband Thomas Girardi‘s illegal business dealings. But one year later, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is feeling “lighter” and “stronger” as she prepares for her upcoming residency in Las Vegas.

As she traveled to Sin City to announce her exciting news, telling fans her months-long stint is a “dream come true,” Erika, who looked slimmer than usual, revealed how far she’s come since enduring a point in her life where she didn’t want to “be on the planet.”

“Text me for tix!” Erika captioned an April 20 post, which featured a Boomerang clip of her flaunting her thin frame in front of a banner that read, “Erika Jayne: Bet It All on Blonde.”

Following the post, Erika was met with comments from fans, some of whom applauded her physique and others who suspected she was taking Ozempic.

“Oh. my. GAWD. Could you look any more amazing?! You look AMAZING, Erika! The comeback QUEEN,” one person wrote.

“Ok you dropped some [pounds] what are you doing?” asked another.

But a third asked, “Are all the housewives on Ozempic?”

“Ok Ozempic do work,” added someone else.

As Erika prepares for the start of her residency in August, she’s been promoting the upcoming shows. And, during one recent interview, she looked back on the “heavy” times she went through in 2022.

“There was a point that I didn’t wanna wake up,” Erika admitted to Us Weekly on April 20. “I mean, there was a point that I just didn’t wanna ever really be on the planet.”

Although Erika had good reason to feel down, especially after Thomas’ bankruptcy trustee filed a $25 million lawsuit against her, she decided to reach out for help, both from professionals and her friends and family.

“My therapist, my psychiatrist, my friends, and my family really helped me through,” she explained. “It’s important to have those people around you that really look out for you. Because it was very ugly, very dark for a while.”

“It feels like a lifetime ago because now it’s such a much lighter tone, and it feels good,” she continued. “That was so heavy and so dark, and I don’t ever wanna go back there, but I think in life it is what you make it, so definitely I’ve shifted, and I’ve become stronger because of that.”

Through her hardships, Erika said she learned she’s “one tough b-tch.”

Looking forward to her Las Vegas residency, “Bet It All on Blonde,” which she’ll host at the House of Blues in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Erika expressed gratitude

“It’s like a dream come true, especially when you consider everything that’s happened in the last couple years,” she shared. “I wake up every day excited about life, and this is where I’m the happiest. So, it feels really good.”

While Erika’s residency marks the start of “a new era” for her, she said the stylings of the show will give a nod to her “grassroots” background.

“I’m recording new material, so actually that’s what I’m most excited about,” Erika teased. “We all get knocked down, but you have to get back up and keep going, and I think that’s what’s most important.”

“I think in life, you have to roll the dice and bet on yourself,” she added. “And I definitely roll the dice, and I bet it all. I think it’s just a great way to live.”

Pre-sale tickets are available now through Ticketmaster, with sales for the general public beginning on April 24.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
