The website is currently shut down with a message reading: "Something went wrong... What happened? This store is unavailable."

It appears it abruptly shut down since, according to a U.S. Sun reporter, it was active at the end of December 2023.

At the time, the website even said it was "re-opening soon."

Prior to this, the website was down again around October and appeared to remain down until the beginning of December, according to a screenshot shared on a Reddit thread.

The person who shared a screengrab of the store being "currently unavailable," questioned, "Are Dorit and PK in serious financial trouble?"

One person noted: "Beverly Beach website was still active and doing the clearance sale in August 2023. I believe it was closed down very recently."

Another person asked: "Was it ever really a thing? I remember people rubbishing it as extremely low quality."

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Dorit's rep for comment.

WHAT'S GOING ON?
The U.S. Sun can confirm that Beverly Beach's LLC is still active and in good standing, according to records online.

The next statement of information - a legal document stating the address, agents, and authorized employees - is due at the end of May.

Kyle Richards admits she ‘feels guilty’ and 'regrets' bringing friend Morgan Wade on RHOBH after rampant dating rumors
Also, Beverly Beach's trademark is still active and has been re-registered in September 2022.

Despite legally remaining active, the brand has unpaid taxes in its name.

In February 2023, Beverly Beach LLC was slapped with a California tax lien in the amount of $4,079.93 for unpaid taxes in 2021 and 2022.

The tax lien has yet to be paid off, per the LA recorder's office.

Also, when a search was conducted in Delaware, where the LLC is registered, The U.S. Sun can confirm the status is listed as "cease good standing," meaning the entity failed to pay its annual taxes in a timely manner.

The outstanding balance for taxes owed in Delaware is $567.50, bringing the total for both states over $4.5k.

MORE PROBLEMS
If Bravo fans recall, Beverly Beach has faced money trouble in the past.

The RHOBH star was sued by her former Beverly Beach business partner, Ryan Horne, in 2018 for allegedly not paying him $205,000 that he fronted to help launch the brand.

Dorit revealed during the season 10 premiere of the show that the case had been resolved two years later after going to mediation with Ryan and resolving it ahead of trial.

Currently, The U.S. Sun previously reported that Dorit's husband PK Kemsley, for his part, owes nearly $1 million in taxes.

Unrelated to their money problems, the couple of 13 years faced divorce rumors in October 2023, and are airing their marital problems on the current season of RHOBH.

She recently told cameras: "It was a challenging couple of years, post-home invasion, and I was going through a lot of things emotionally and personally.

"It took a toll on our marriage for sure. We’ve had ups and downs and we rode those waves."

The couple have appeared happy together at recent public appearances since then.

FANS DEMAND ANSWERS
Dorit and her business team have not been updating fans on Beverly Beach's social media.

The last Facebook post was from February 2023 and the last Instagram post was from November 2020.

Fans have noticed the social media pages have been ignored and have begun demanding answers.

One fan commented earlier this month: "Is Beverly Beach not a thing anymore?!

Another person wrote: "I guess this business venture died?"

Someone else wondered if another clothing line is coming soon.

"When are we getting another clothing line by [Dorit]?" a user asked.

Dorit still includes in her Instagram bio that she is the founder and creative director of Beverly Beach.

But, she has not updated fans on the status of her swimwear line.

She has only mentioned still loving her Beverly Beach bronzer during BravoCon 2023 when asked about her favorite daily beauty product.
