Dorit Kemsley has filed for divorce from her husband, Paul "PK" Kemsley.
On Friday, April 25, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 48, filed for the dissolution of her marriage to the English businessman, 57, after ten years of marriage.
In documents obtained by PEOPLE, Dorit cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split and asked a judge to award her sole legal and physical custody of their children, son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9, as well as spousal support.
Dorit's divorce filing comes one day after PK was photographed kissing and holding hands with former Amazing Race contestant, Shana Wall, while taking a stroll after dinner in Los Angeles on April 24.
In May 2024, Dorit and PK announced their announced their decision to separate in a joint statement posted to their respective Instagram accounts.
"We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together," they wrote at the time. "We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”
Throughout season 14 of RHOBH, cameras have captured the two navigating the breakdown of their marriage. From Dorit calling PK a "full blown alcoholic" to opening up about their allegedly "toxic" fights, things between the former couple have grown more and more contentious.
During the reunion special aired earlier this month, Dorit gave fans update on their relationship and if there was hope for reconciliation. While she has no plans to get back together with PK with their situation "as is," Dorit admitted she was still in love with her husband.
"He's my soul, he's my blood, he's my heart and I hate that, because it makes it so much more difficult," she explained. "But I also know I need peace."
"As of a week ago, I've chosen not to have much of a relationship with him," she continued, refusing to answer questions about the current status of PK's sobriety. "I'm hurt, I'm sad. I think I'm realizing more and more each day that what I really believed was going to be my future may not be and I think that realization is really been hard."
