The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley is sharing an update on her health.
On Sunday, Sept. 22, Wiley, 40, revealed in an Instagram clip that she's set to undergo surgery after doctors discovered "a tumor" on her "gallbladder and gallstones."
While seemingly walking on a treadmill, the reality star told the camera, "The gallbladder will be coming out very soon."
"The surgeons were very concerned about there being tumors on my liver, so we had an MRI last week and the MRI did not show any visible tumors or anything anywhere else," she added.
"So that was incredible news. Surgery is scheduled for very soon. Gallbladder will come out, they'll send it to pathology and slice it up, look at it under the microscope and then that's when we'll know if it is cancerous, malignant or non-cancerous benign. I'm super optimistic, the surgeons are super optimistic," Wiley continued.
The TV star — who revealed in March that she hadn't been asked back for season 14 of RHOBH after appearing on just one season — urged followers to "prioritize" their mental health in the clip, reiterating that in the post's caption.
"I can’t even begin to express how much your love and support mean to me 💖 I’m feeling strong and optimistic that this journey will soon be behind me with a positive outcome🙏🏽 If sharing my experience encourages even one person to listen to their body and advocate for themselves, that brings me so much joy," she wrote.
Wiley — who shares four kids with former NFL defensive end Marcellus Wiley — continued, "Guys- please prioritize your mental health and minimize stress - stress can do awful things to our bodies! Focus on what nourishes you: exercise, meditate, stay off social media when needed, and remove toxic situations and people from your life. Your health is your most valuable asset, so protect it fiercely 🤎."
"I’ll keep you all updated. Thank you all for checking on me and lifting me up 🙏🏽💖," the media personality concluded.
On Aug. 19, Wiley revealed on Instagram that she'd "received some alarming news," without going into too much detail at the time.
"I’m still processing everything, but I believe in the power of being open and transparent—especially when it comes to our health," her caption included.

Wiley's health update comes after she told PEOPLE in April that was feeling "amazing" one month after revealing she'd been fired from RHOBH.
"I feel so good. I'm in a great space," she said.
Wiley continued, "I have so many super exciting things coming up that really align with who I am, like really positive, inspirational and motivational things ... people are going to get to see who I am, and I'm really excited for that."
