Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans were quite bewildered by Kathy Hilton on Tuesday's new episode.
The episode picked up where last week left off, on their trip to Oceanside, where the 65-year-old reality star's sister Kyle Richards, 55, shared something strange about Kathy.
'You know what was so funny? You guys will not even believe,' Kyle said to Sutton and Jennifer Tilly.
'My sister, she comes in, she goes, "Do you have an extra toothbrush?" I went in and she was brushing with her eyeshadow brush. Polish her teeth with the toothpaste,' Kyle said, as Sutton was stunned.
'Guys, I don't understand how we can be so different, and yet we're blood,' Kyle added of her sister, as they showed flashback footage from a day earlier of Kathy actually brushing her teeth with an eyeshadow brush.
Fans did not hesitate to take to social media, clearly bewildered by the socialite's strange dental hygeine behavior, and to another shocking admission: she has nude photos secured in her bank vault.
@themrwest said, 'Kathy is definitely on the spectrum,' speculating that an autisum diagnosis may explain her bizarre behavior.
Another X user, @mingfire, said, 'I'm sure someone downstairs can get you a toothbrush, Kathy.'
