Kyle Richards almost bought the home across the street from Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd‘s Villa Rosa.

Amid their years-long feud, the 56-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who’s been separated from husband Mauricio Umansky, 54, for about two years, took interest in the six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property in Beverly Hills, visiting the mansion several times with her daughters.

According to a March 18 report from TMZ, Kyle really liked the house, which actors Channing Tatum, 44, and Jenna Dewan, 44, sold in 2021 after their divorce, but it ultimately sold to another buyer for $6.9 million at the end of last month.

As fans may know, Lisa, 64, has owned Villa Rosa since 2011. Over the years, the home has been featured on numerous episodes of RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules. In fact, it was the setting of Lisa’s “Puppygate” falling out with Kyle, and it was where Ken infamously declared, “Goodbye, Kyle!”

Although it’s been years since Kyle and Lisa’s feud began, Lisa made it clear that not much has changed between them when she was asked for a comment about her near-neighbor.

“What on earth[?] I thought that house was sold. This house is 10 feet away from me. A shame her offer wasn’t accepted because she’d finally be able to move into Beverly Hills,” she told TMZ.

However, in their own statement, Kyle’s rep clarified that she never made an offer on the home due to the fire risk in the area.

Kyle has been living in Encino since 2017 when she and Mauricio purchased a $8.25 million property for their family.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
