Porsha, 44, announced that she and Simon, 61, were headed to divorce court in February 2024. This is the same month she announced her return to RHOA. Sadly, things became quite contentious between the two before the divorce was ultimately finalized in June 2025. Regarding the previously mentioned home, this was one of the things she got in the agreement, but he maintained that he’d fight for it not to be honored.
According to US Weekly, the massive lien against the Atlanta mansion came as a result of Simon failing to pay his divorce attorney, Onyema Farrey. The report says that Simon owes the lawyer $205,884.25 for services rendered during his divorce from Porsha.
The home in question is comprised of five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Its total size comes out to 15,284 square feet, and it’s reportedly worth $7.3 million.
As per the divorce agreement, Porsha has 36 months to either sell or refinance the home in order to remove Simon’s name. She has to pay him 50 percent of the home’s equity.
The rest of their agreement states that Simon has to pay the RHOA star $40,000 per month in spousal support for 14 months, and she gets to keep the 2021 Rolls-Royce and the rest of the vehicles that are in her name. Plus, he owes Porsha $224,000 for legal fees.
This comes as Simon is also continuing his legal action against Porsha. It was reported in July that he’s seeking $500k in damages after she seemingly accused him of suffering from erectile dysfunction on social media in 2024. He claimed that the accusation harmed his credibility and social standing.
