Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks has opened up about how she stays slim and trim over fifty.
The mother-of-two, 51, spoke to DailyMail.com about her fitness secrets while gushing about her partnership with Silk to promote their vanilla almond milk.
'I do Pilates and yoga no less than six times per week, so that keeps me limber and lean,' she said.
'I also watch what I eat,' stressed the reality star, who is now shifting to a more plant-based diet.
'I like a little meat. A steak and a piece of bacon is some of my most favorite things at times, but I'm trying to limit that,' she continued.
'So Silk almond milk is something that I've incorporated into my diet because it's a better choice for me.'
She added, 'Silk versus milk, honey. Less calories, 50 percent more calcium, and the taste is magnificent.'
The attorney, who competed on the last season of Dancing with the Stars, has also continued hitting the dance floor as a way to stay in shape.

'I don't dance eight hours a day because Dancing with the Stars is a full time job, but I am still dancing and they have a studio here in Atlanta,' she explained.
'I'm not dancing every day but I'm definitely still dancing and [Val Chmerkovskiy] and I are hoping to do some appearances together.'
Phaedra, who was the breakout star of The Traitors last season, also said that she's sad to see Real Housewives stars like Dorinda Medley voted off so early this year.
'I hate how they're coming against my Housewives sisters,' she said.
'What people don't realize is that the Housewives bring is great entertainment value that's unmatched,' she continued.
'So for them to get my baby Dorinda exiled on the first night it just broke my heart because I know she would've been so good.'
However, Phaedra was less enthusiastic about Chanel Ayan, who was eliminated right after Dorinda.
'Dorinda I speak to all the time, but Chanel is not somebody who I generally talk to - we're not each other's cup of tea, but I definitely think she's quite entertaining.'
The 51-year-old is a huge fan of yoga, Pilates, and dancing to remain in shape
Real Housewives of Potomac's Robyn Dixon and New Jersey's Dolores Catania are now the only two remaining Housewives left on the series.
Some loyal Bravo fans are now threatening to tune out of The Traitors due to Dorinda and Chanel's early exits.
'I've seen enough!! We need an all housewives traitors season. This targeting is BS,' raged one.
'Traitors should implement a rule that Housewives can't be eliminated until five episodes in,' another fan posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

A third added, 'Seems like Housewives are just props on the #Traitors now. They use them for promotion then send them all home right away.'
Another fan blasted RuPaul's Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen, who has emerged as the most ruthless traitor so far this season.
'I will absolutely not be rooting for the traitors… how are you gonna kill Dorinda and Ayan who were both giving us all the entertainment,' they wrote.
'Bob knew they were gonna steal his screen time and he couldn't have that.'
Another posted, 'Hot take - Bob the Drag Queen WISHES he could be giving Phaedra and I'm incredibly annoyed by him by episode three.'
