As if going through a divorce isn’t bad enough, PK and Dorit Kemsley may also lose their house in the process.
As we know, Dorit filed for divorce last month from her husband of nearly a decade. They share two young children together, Jagger, 10, and Phoenix, 8.
The couple purchased their $8 million home under Dorit’s LLC. But now the Franchise Tax Board, which collects state taxes in California, has suspended the LLC. The suspension puts the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s home in danger of foreclosure.

At the center of the investigation is LA attorney Ronald Richards, whom you might remember from the case of Erika Jayne and her $750k earrings. Ronald posted copies of documents on X (formerly Twitter), showing that the RHOBH star’s LLC is not in good standing.
“With the [LLC] being suspended, it is most likely a loan default,” Ronald told The U.S. Sun earlier this week.
“For the FTB to suspend in the [LLC], [PK and Dorit] have not paid taxes or filed returns for a while,” he added. “A lender can default for non-monetary violations like non-payment of property taxes or if the entity is suspended. There are many covenants to a loan besides making the payments on time.”
In November 2024, it was revealed that the home was in pre-foreclosure. At the time, PK and Dorit were “more than four months” behind on their house payments. However, property records show that the default notice has since been rescinded.
At the RHOBH Season 14 Reunion, Andy Cohen asked Dorit about the situation with her house. “Well, there are reports that it is in pre-foreclosure,” the Beverly Beach founder admitted. “I had no idea about it. [PK] told me that they changed the rate, he was trying to get ahold of somebody, no one was returning his calls … He resolved it. Listen, they ended up calling. That’s what he said.”
The couple originally bought the luxury six-bed, 10-bath home for $6,475,000 in 2019.

Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, are “on the hunt” for a new home.
Just months after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars moved into their Encino home after purchasing the pad for $6.5 million in August of last year, Dorit and PK are preparing to move their family again and have listed their modern farmhouse-style mansion for $9.495 million with Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast member David Parnes.
“Dorit and PK are selling their home because they are now going to run their businesses from their house,” a source told DailyMailTV on September 8. “Their kids are also being home schooled so they are looking for a larger estate that is laid out for this new COVID world we find ourselves in.”
As Bravo fans likely know, David works at The Agency real estate firm, which is owned and operated by Dorit and PK’s RHOBH co-star, Mauricio Umansky, the husband of longtime cast member Kyle Richards.
“[Dorit and PK are] on the hunt to buy a new house,” the insider confirmed.
In August of last year, Dorit and PK scooped up the new build as they attempted to unload their former home in Beverly Hills, which was initially listed in 2017 for $12.75 million and later reduced to $7.499 million. However, they didn’t actually get settled into the home until months later.
It’s uncertain whether this is a private/pocket listing as Reality Blurb has yet to see a public listing of the home. But below are photos of the house as shown on the RHOBH.
During her months-long stint in the home, Dorit spent plenty of time in her “dream kitchen” with her kids, including daughter Phoenix and son Jagger. In the kitchen, tall white cabinets are seen with gold hardware as a stone-topped island is situated in the center of the room with a wooden bar beside it.
Other features found in the home include black and white marble bathrooms, a home theater, balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Dorit and her family also enjoyed her stunning backyard, which features a swimming pool, a lounge area, a full playhouse, a tunnel slide, and a basketball court.
