Kyle Richards is searching for new properties. And it could be that she gets a very familiar neighbor in a prestigious enclave of Beverly Hills. A source suggested that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was looking at a home next to Lisa Vanderpump’s famous Villa Rosa estate.
Kyle and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky have been stuck in limbo. They’ve not moved forward with the legalities of a divorce, but the RHOBH veteran star recently revealed that they have been discussing selling their family home in Encino. So fans are wondering what’s next for Kyle. And could her former bestie, LVP, potentially be her new neighbor?
Could RHOBH’s Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump become neighbors?
TMZ has reported that Kyle and her four daughters were touring a property “directly across the street” from her former costar. And it wasn’t just the one visit. According to multiple sources, the RHOBH original star allegedly went several times for a viewing.
The property boasts 6-bedrooms and 5.5-bathrooms. And it was tipped to TMZ that Kyle “really liked the house.” However, another buyer scooped up the estate at the end of February. The selling price was $6.9 million.
Previous owners included Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan before their divorce. However, they sold it in 2021 for $5.9 million.
Lisa responded to TMZ’s request for comment. She was surprised at the news. And quick to take a dig at Kyle in her response.
“What on earth. I thought that house was sold. This house is 10 feet away from me. A shame her offer wasn’t accepted because she’d finally be able to move into Beverly Hills,” she said.
For clarity, Kyle was a Bel Air resident until she and Mauricio moved their family to Encino in 2017.
The RHOBH favorite had a rep respond to TMZ. The rep denied that her client made an offer. Kyle was interested but decided that fire safety was an issue.
