Rebekah Vardy's scathing I'm A Celebrity column with her barbed comments on the campmates is doing her profile 'no favours', claims a leading PR expert.
The WAG, 42, has been sharing her thoughts on the campmates for The Sun, initially taking aim at her Wagatha Christie rival Coleen Rooney, who she was locked in a notorious defamation trial with in 2022.
Vardy claimed she hoped Rooney is forced to 'eat penis or humble pie' in the jungle before more recently slamming BBC Radio 1 presenter Dean McCullough, for 'cosying up' to Rooney on the show in another blistering attack.
However, Vardy's remarks apparently won't work in her favour in the long run and she is 'selling herself one final time because she won't be given airtime in future'.
This is according to PR guru Nick Ede, who admitted he would have encouraged the former I'm A Celeb stay to 'stay quiet and maintain some dignity'.
He told MailOnline: 'Rebekah Vardy is doing herself no favours by offering barbed commentary on this years line up and especially of Coleen.

'We would have thought that she has lessons to learn but she does have quite a hefty bill to pay so she's having to sell herself one final time because it really does feel like this is the last time she'll be given airtime and so shes taking advantage while she can.
'She is still being used for numerous memes and as long as the show is continuing she'll be the butt of many of the jokes and especially those from Ant and Dec.
'I think that she could have won the public over with being silent and just showing some dignity but I think this is going to really have a negative effect on her already precarious career.
'I would have advised her to stay quiet and not make spiteful comments that will always make her look petty and snide and not be popular with the general public. It not only makes her a villain again but also will scupper big money deals and future earnings.'
However in stark contrast, Mr Ede admitted he thought Rooney was coming across 'really well' on screen thanks to her warm personality and can do attitude.
He said: 'She has hit the ground running as a favourite to win because for the first time we are getting to see the real Coleen and finding out what she's really like.
'She and Dean have hit it off immediately and he's not afraid to call her wagatha and shes showing the viewers that she is more than that and much more than a WAG.
'She's going to become the meme queen of the jungle too with her banter and can do attitude all making her into a winner.

'For her this is exactly what she wanted to show the viewers who she really is and for them to fall in love with her personality. This is a really great stepping stone for her giving her a voice and I can see iTV bosses wanting to sign her up for Loose Women or her own chat show!
'As this years biggest booking all eyes will be on her to deliver and if day one is an example of the air time shell get then they have really invested perfectly this season.
'Her down to earth personality really showed when her boat sank and she didn’t throw a fit or act like a diva but looked at how she could get to shore and help dean get to camp. This team player relationship will put her in excellent stead to win the show.'
This comes after Vardy posted her second piece for The Sun about the second episode, she called Dean 'irritating' and claimed his constant references to her Wagatha Christie trial were an attempt to ensure he got airtime.
She fumed: 'Dean, Dean and his cosying up to Coleen. It's so very obvious and, believe me, it is going to get tiresome.
'He absolutely loves to talk about Wagatha and when he does he knows he's going to get airtime from it.
'I'm actually really glad he got voted to do the trial because actually I find him really, really irritating. Give it a rest, mate. I don't think it'll take long for the public to get bored of him at all.'

Industry insiders have since revealed that the radio star is 'super ambitious' and is 'determined to climb his way to the top'.
One source even went as far as to liken his determination to secure friends in high places to being like Meghan Markle.
'Dean is a super networker,' one told MailOnline. 'He will schmooze all of the agents, and basically anyone who can help him.
'Dean wants to make it, he puts the work in but he also knows how to climb and climb.'
Dean recently signed to top talent company MC Saatchi where one of those who represents him is Madison Lygo, the daughter of ITV's Director of Televison, Kevin Lygo.
One insider described Dean signing for the firm as a 'clever move.'
It comes after Dean confessed he wanted to befriend WAG Coleen while in the Jungle and fans have spotted the Northern Irish presenter has a habit of always being where the 39-year-old TV personality is in the camp.
Before entering the Jungle, Dean told MailOnline: 'Can you imagine what it's going to be like when I'm having my birthday next year.
'I'm like, oh yeah, you know, Coleen's going to be there and Maura. My friends are literally going to lose their s**t.
'Like, I've got celebrity friends, Like, 'Oh sorry, I can't go to that, I'm just off to Lake Como with the Rooneys!'.'
Dean will enter the Sinister Sarcophagus during Tuesday's episode and a first look clip shows him in a sarcophagus shaped container with a separate box around his head
Dean is then tasked with releasing stars using his mouth and passing them into various slots to win meals for his campmates
