Disgraced movie producer Randall Emmett sold the house he shared with his ex, Lala Kent. The Vanderpump Rules star moved out of the Bel-Air mansion after she learned that Rand is the similar to Harvey Weinstein, just in a different font.
The deal:
With the help of his real estate agent, David T. Kessler, Randall closed escrow on his estate Wednesday for $4.35 million, according to reports from TMZ. Randall bought the house in 2017 for $3,925,000.
Originally, Lala’s first baby’s daddy listed the property in 2022 for $6.2 million. In December, Randall and his agent agreed to drastically reduce the price to $4.995 million.
The house:
In addition to the pickleball court VPR fans saw during Rand’s short-lived reality tv stint, the 4,276 square feet house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Most of the rooms have very high ceilings that makes the house feel even larger [and] the kitchen is very spacious.”
In addition to a swimming pool, there are idyllic views from Mulholland Drive. The gated residence was fully remodeled by Flipping Out alum, Jeff Lewis and featured on the former Bravo show. For privacy, there is a wall surrounding the view of the home from the street.
Randall’s real estate agent noted this property “is very special and unique because It’s located on a semi-private road off of Mulholland.” There are “gorgeous canyon views of Bel Air and a peekaboo view to the Pacific Ocean.”
Lala’s living sitch:
In late March, it was announced the controversial Bravo TV personality purchased a $3.1 house. Located in in San Fernando Valley, the property has an indoor, outdoor vibe.
According to real estate records obtained by TMZ, Lala and her growing family are living it up in a gated estate. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 5,109 square feet of living space. The living room boasts double-height ceilings and skylights. “Lala’s new home has all the bells and whistles … a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, and a massive center island with plenty of seating for when her ‘VPR’ costars stop by for a visit.”
