"Rachel Leviss Strikes Back: Exposes Tom Sandoval's 'Bizarre Lies' and Calls for Shocking Lawsuit Dismissal"

Rachel 'Raquel' Leviss has furiously clapped back at Tom Sandoval's 'outlandish' claim that she made an offer to drop her revenge porn lawsuit against him.

The former Vanderpump Rules costars have been locked in a bitter legal battle since the 'Scandoval' drama first made headlines in March 2023.

During a recent episode of his Everybody Loves Tom, the 42-year-old insinuated that Rachel's team wanted money and had offered to drop the case.

'I don’t know what her case is like, but it seems to be after money,' the St. Louis, Missouri native raged. 'Her team came to my team and basically offered to drop all the charges against me if I were to blame the way the affair was found out on NBCUniversal.

'So it was like, NBCUniversal’s fault that my phone fell out of [my pocket] and put me up to it? It’s all about the f*****g money.'

Rachel's attorney Bryan Freeman slammed Tom's claim, branding it an 'outlandish lie' before correcting the reality star's misuse of legal terminology.

'This is an outlandish lie,' he told DailyMail.com in a statement. 'Let’s not forget the source of this information is Tom Sandoval, who illegally and secretly recorded Rachel Leviss in a sexually compromising situation without her knowledge or consent while cheating on his girlfriend Ariana Madix

'Once again, Tom Sandoval cannot be trusted and the reasons are glaring.'

The statement continued: 'First, this is an obvious lie as no real lawyer would say "drop all charges" in a civil case. There are no such things as "charges" in a civil case.

'Second, Sandoval allegedly learned this from the same lawyer he fired for tricking him or misleading him into filing a lawsuit against Ariana Madix.

'If he did hear this from his now fired lawyer, why would he trust it as being true? Did he change his trickster opinion of his lawyer after he fired him for misleading him?'

He concluded: 'This is complete nonsense and even more evidence of Sandoval’s inability to tell the truth. Sounds like Sandoval is looking for a lawsuit that he can remember this time.'

Back in July, it was revealed that Tom had fired his lawyer Matt Geragos, claiming that the attorney misled him regarding advice on filing a lawsuit against his ex Ariana, 39, for accessing the explicit videos of Rachel, 30, on his phone without 'authorization'.

He explained in an Instagram statement at the time: 'My attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana. He assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it.'

'The words "New Lawsuit" or "Suing" were not articulated to me. I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter. Upon realizing what this action actually means, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team.'

Tom's latest podcast episode also saw the reality star once again accuse Rachel of trying to portray herself as the victim following the backlash both stars faced after it was discovered that they had engaged in a month-long affair behind Ariana's back.

Tom insisted that Rachel had not been manipulated into a relationship and was in fact the one who pursued a romance with him.

He seethed: 'She says, "Oh, I was manipulated." It’s like, "No, no, no, girl. Stella got her groove back, if ever. You strode into your self-confidence and pretty much did whatever."

'[She], at that point, was trying to hook up with every guy on the show.'

After a failed engagement to costar James Kennedy, season 10 of the Bravo series saw Rachel enjoy a date with Peter Madrigal while she also shared a surprise kiss with Tom Schwartz, 42.

Tom added: 'With me, it was like, she even said in the last scene that we filmed together, "I saw that you and Ariana were not in a strong relationship so I went after you".

'That’s what she said, that we were not happy in our relationship. She said that.'

He continued: 'I was going through a midlife crisis. I’m not saying I don’t take accountability… But you came onto me first … You pursued me.

'You did that, and now you want money, and now you claim to be the biggest victim in all this s**t.'

Rachel accused Tom and Ariana of revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy in her suit, claiming that she had been a 'victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man' who recorded their intimate encounters 'without her knowledge or consent.'

The TV star, who recently revealed she is dating again, said in her lawsuit that the coverage of her secret romance with Tom while he had been in a long-term relationship with Ariana 'captured the public's attention in a massive way' and 'caused mayhem' for her personally.

Amid the fallout of the messy situation, dubbed 'Scandoval,' Rachel said in legal documents that she had to seek treatment at a mental health facility and subsequently left Vanderpump Rules.

After Tom attempted to get Rachel's lawsuit dismissed, a judge ruled in May that the Bravo star can move forward with her suit because her FaceTime conversations were 'confidential'

In his legal response in July, Tom pointed at 'carelessness and negligence' on Rachel's part in accounting for the life events she chronicled in her filing, and that 'negligence, breach, and fault' in her own actions led to the consequences she put forth in the suit.

Attorneys for Sandoval said that she made no efforts 'to mitigate whatever damages, if any,' she named in her filing and that Rachel was fully aware 'of the consequences' of what she had done and 'voluntarily' engaged in behavior that led to the damages she claimed she suffered.

Tom's legal team said that with Rachel being a public figure, the reality star had 'relinquished her right of privacy,' as the public had 'a legitimate interest' based off her celebrity status.

However, a judge ruled in May that Rachel can move forward with her lawsuit.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court judge found that Rachel's lawsuit adequately alleged her assumption that her intimate FaceTime conversations with Tom were 'contemporaneous' and 'confidential.'

Although she was aware she could be recorded, the judge gave merit to the idea that Rachel trusted Tom not to save the footage or make copies.
