Before her time at The Meadows rehab facility in California, Rachel confessed that she “didn't have a relationship with my higher power.”

Instead, she said she “was putting men in that position of my higher power" and would look to them for answers.

Rachel now is also going by the nickname, Rocky.

"You can say whatever you want about me. I like nicknames, and I like connecting to the different parts within me,” she said.

“And it doesn't mean I have a whole new identity or anything. It just means that I'm an integrated human being."

The TV star said she used to use the name as a kid when she played volleyball.

VPR is a reality television series that has been broadcast on Bravo since January 2013.

The series was developed as the first spin-off from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

It has aired for eleven seasons.

The show mainly focuses on Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her restaurants and bars.

BIG BLOWOUT
In March 2023, it was revealed that VPR star Tom Sandoval, 40, was cheating on his girlfriend at the time, Ariana Madix, 38, with Rachel.

This caused major tension during both the season 10 finale and reunion last year.

During this year's reunion, host Andy Cohen, 55, brought up the ongoing lawsuit between Rachel, Tom, and Ariana.

Raquel filed revenge porn, eavesdropping, and invasion of privacy claims against her co-star and ex-boyfriend.

She alleged that Tom spread intimate and confidential videos of her without her consent.

Rachel is still recovering from this huge public blowout.

During her time on the show, Rachel went by Raquel.

''A SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY'
"Since then, I have been integrating that spirituality into my everyday life, going to church on Sundays,” she told People.

"I tried a Mormon church. My friend took me to a Mormon church."

"I have found a spiritual community out here now, and it just makes a world of a difference because these people are looking to something bigger than themselves,” she added.

Rachel revealed this tidbit on her podcast which she regularly promotes on her social media platforms.

She even invites guests from other reality shows on her podcast for a different perspective.

In one podcast episode titled, "You Signed up For This?" she invited former Love is Blind contest Jeremy Hartwell.
