Pump Rules’ Stassi Schroeder Talks Being “Forced” to Partake in Racy Photoshoots and Blasts Jax as a Longtime Thief, Plus Why She Quit Filler, Plus - lulu

Stassi Schroeder looked back on a moment in which she was too high to participate in a Vanderpump Rules press day while appearing on Katie Maloney and Dayna Kathan‘s podcast on Wednesday.

As she also looked back on her wild behavior on Bravo and shaded Jax Taylor, 45, by suggesting he was a frequent thief, Stassi, 37, admitted it was Scheana Shay, 40, who got her started with Botox and admitted that she was once so high she ended up on the floor of an interview room eating chips.

“I was trying to be a weed person. So I bought this weed tea that you’re supposed to take like one sip every morning to just like chill yourself out,” Stassi shared on the June 25 episode of Disrespectfully, via excerpts provided by VanderPodRecaps on Instagram.

According to Stassi, she drank the tea as instructed but never felt any difference. Then, after venturing to Drybar and taking her final dose, it all hit her at once.

“I’m literally like, ‘I can’t move. I can’t talk. I felt like my body was starting to die. I managed to make it out. I don’t know how the f*ck I paid. I made it out, crawled into my car in the parking lot. And I had interviews all that day and then press afterwards … I’m just like, ‘What’s happening to me?“

Because she hadn’t shaken the tea before each dose, the final dose was essentially all of the doses in one, which led Stassi to feel like “a dead person.”

As she held herself up in the front seat of her car, Stassi phoned her producers to let them know what happened and request that someone pick her up, which they did. However, once en route to her scheduled press day, Stassi became ill and “threw up in the dumpster.”

Although Stassi ultimately made it to her destination, she was “fully incapable” of participating in interviews.

“They tried to [prop] me up and like have me answer some questions … [but] they ended up just letting me lay there and eat,” she shared as Katie, 38, recalled getting a pic of her eating chips.

After being asked if she’s ever gotten filler in her face, Stassi confirmed she “used to” before admitting it made her look “looked like a f*cking clown.”

“I got my cheeks. I actually looked cute with my cheeks. I got them [in] my jaw. I even got some in my chin because it wasn’t enough to just have a chin implant … [But] I kept seeing all the TikToks about how filler moves in your face. I got too scared, I can never do this again. Now I’m too scared of it,” she explained. 

Then, after naming Scheana as the one who convinced her to do it for the first time, when they were 24 or 25, Stassi said the two of them went for margaritas “with all the bumps all over our face.”

Also reflecting on their early days on Pump Rules, Stassi and Katie recalled past bikini shoots.

“We’ve been forced to be in bikinis a lot in our lives,” Stassi stated.

“We were getting spray tanned, fully nude in front of all of our producers, the editors that had to edit out, blur out our nipples and butt cracks,” Katie added.

“We used to do crazy f*cking sh*t … getting our vaginas waxed,” Stassi continued.

“Legs open with camera just right there,” Katie replied.

Speaking of her own experiences on Pump Rules, Dayna, 34, who appeared in a full-time role only in the series’ eighth season, recalled producers encouraging her to be topless.

“One time they made me get in bed in my underwear and wanted me to take my shirt off, which I sleep in the buff, so that wouldn’t have been realistic. And I’m obviously not a prude, and I wouldn’t do it. I was like, so freaked out … I was like, ‘I’m not taking my shirt off. No,’” she shared.

While Stassi applauded Dayna for having boundaries, she confessed to being “easily influenced” by producers, especially when she was drinking “all day and all night.”

“I have just been easily influenced by producers my whole entire adult life,” she revealed.

As for Jax’s thievery, Stassi said that even before he was caught stealing sunglasses in Hawaii amid season four, “he was always doing that.

“He was doing that since before Vanderpump Rules,” she revealed.
