Porsha Williams scored another legal victory against her ex Simon Guobadia.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, a Georgia court in Fulton County awarded the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, “temporary, sole and exclusive possession, use and occupancy” of her and Guobadia’s shared residence.
The order included permission for Williams to have the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film or social media” content on the premises. The docs also stated that Guobadia, 60, shall “execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate.”
Guobadia and Williams have been at odds since the reality star filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. This isn’t Williams’ first legal win in her divorce.
Earlier this year, Williams claimed in court documents obtained by Radar Online in March, that Guobadia changed the locks on their Atlanta residence. While she was ultimately able to enter the home via a side gate, Williams alleged that the move was “vindictive and retaliatory” against her because she wanted “to divorce him.”
Williams and Guobadia signed the prenup prior to their 2022 wedding. The purpose behind the agreement was “to avoid contested and expensive litigation, including the costly and potentially intrusive discovery process” in the event of a divorce, per docs obtained by Us at the time.
s of Williams’ split even shocked Andy Cohen. The Bravo executive, 56, revealed that he was not aware of Williams’ relationship woes while discussing the upcoming season of RHOA.
“None of us knew any of this was on the horizon, and this was really meant to be Porsha’s happily-ever-after kind of victory lap season,” Cohen said during a February episode of his Sirius XM radio show, Andy Cohen Live. “So it’s just, I was so surprised and taken aback, and listen, we wanted Porsha on the show for Porsha.”
