Below Deck fans have never seen a voyage as rough as this one.
The Bravo series' season 12 crew was forced to call police on a drunk guest who disobeyed orders and put herself in danger during the show's July 28 episode.
After boarding the St. David with her fellow travelers, vacationer Kelly—a few too many cocktails deep—jumped in the water without a life vest on, blatantly ignoring the crew's warnings.
"I'm gonna have to cut off Kelly," Captain Kerry Titheradge warned her fellow charter guests. "She's had too much to drink."
Kelly's friend Helen agreed with the decision, replying, "100 percent okay with that."
But after Kelly defied Capt. Kerry by diving into the Caribbean Sea inebriated, the crew attempted to reign in her risky behavior.
"Her jumping in the water right now, that's a big f--k you," Kerry explained in a confessional. "Now, what's important to me is her safety and my crew's. When I ask you specifically not to do something and you go right against what I say, we've got a friggin' problem."
But Kelly wasn't ending the party without a fight. After coming back on board—and making Deckhand Jess Theron chase her in the water—Kerry warned her, "I'm going to call the authorities and have you taken off the vessel if you don't listen to me right now. Go back inside right now."
Kelly's response? "I can do whatever I want. I need a f--king safety."
The crew then formed a human shield to physically get Kelly back inside the mega-yacht and she pushed against them in defiance.
Following the shocking confrontation, Kerry knew he had to call police to have her removed from the boat.

Regardless, Kelly's fight with the crew waged on and not even her friends could calm her down as she made threats against Capt. Kerry.
"I got connections, I got the FBI in my family," Kelly warned Kerry before yelling into the camera, "They're f--king a--holes. They're Democrats! Democrats!"
Kerry fired back with, "I'm not going to take any threats from anybody. I don't care who you know. It doesn't matter. There's one authority on this boat and it's me. So, go back to your cabin."

The crew, visibly shaken by the out-of-control guest, received some encouraging words from Kerry on how to handle the situation.
"Some people don't like being told what to do," he advised. "She scratched me. Make a wall and just crowd her in. Try not to touch as best we can, but if it's safety related, we're allowed to do that."
And after making sure Kelly couldn't escape the vessel again, Kerry noted in a confessional, "I've tried every avenue to calm her down. Her friends aren't talking her down, she's tried to attack me, she's threatened me. She's extremely drunk. She could further hurt herself, she could drown. I gotta do what it takes to keep her safe."
