Lindsay Hubbard seemingly shaded ex-fiancé Carl Radke as she and her Summer House castmates traveled to the Bahamas for her bachelorette party.
Weeks after being “blindsided” by Carl, 38, calling off their November wedding in Mexico, Lindsay, 37, took to her Instagram Story with a telling message as her co-stars, including Gabby Prescod, 32, Samantha Feher, 26, and Danielle Olivera, 34, shared pics from their trip.
“After having a rough couple weeks, her friends convinced her they are not canceling her bachelorette party getaway,” a source told Us Weekly on September 21. “Lindsay is going to her bachelorette in the Bahamas [this weekend].”
“Her friends want to help get her mind off the horrible situation she’s in and have some fun,” the source continued. “They want to take her away so she’s surrounded by those that love her and support her the most. She’s looking forward to it.”
After the news of his and Lindsay’s split was revealed at the end of August, Carl sent a letter to their wedding guests.
“Words cannot possibly express how difficult the last two weeks have been for Lindsay and I,” he wrote, via PEOPLE. “We are so incredibly sorry to all of our guests for the confusion and lack of communication. We were left trying to figure out how this all exactly happened before we could even have the opportunity to determine the path forward amongst ourselves.”
“The fact of the matter is Lindsay is devastated and I’m crushed with how all this transpired,” he added.
Then, in her own statement, Lindsay admitted that recent weeks have been her “most heartbreaking and emotional.”
“My entire life and future was ripped out from underneath me and I’ve had a hard time making sense of it all – with no answers or closure on why,” she shared on Instagram. “I feel humiliated by how it went down, and simultaneously heartbroken that it happened in the first place. My trust has been betrayed, and coming to terms with that has been difficult for me.”
“I do not agree with quitting a relationship (at this level) without trying everything possible first,” she added. “I have spent the last couple of weeks finding my own closure and peace. I am forever grateful to my best friends who have not left my side, and have been picking up the pieces of my heart and life every day from the fallout.”
Following the report, Lindsay shared a photo of herself on a plane, tagging her location as the Bahamas.
“When they go low.. you go high,” she captioned the September 21 pic.
Meanwhile, on their own Instagram Stories, via Queens of Bravo, Gabby, Samantha, and Danielle confirmed that they too would be enjoying Lindsay’s bachelorette trip.
Samantha also shared a photo with Gabby during the trip.
Lindsay also returned to Instagram on September 22 to share some new pictures of herself in her first post since the breakup.
Summer House season eight is expected to premiere on Bravo in early 2024.
