Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, have sold their stunning waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, Florida, to musician Robbie Williams.
In an off-market deal that set a record for the Old Cutler Bay neighborhood, the 39-year-old anesthesiologist and Real Housewives of Miami alum, along with her attorney partner, who’s also the father of her two children, unloaded the renovated property for a whopping $40 million with the help of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Dennis Carvajal.
According to a July 28 report from the Robb Report, Robbie, 51, who was represented by Compass’ Chad Carroll, is planning to move to Florida with his family after selling his $75 million Beverly Hills estate to Drake, 38.
Nicole and Anthony dropped $21.5 million on the 19,380-square-foot smart home in 2022 and quickly began a two-year renovation. Not only did their improvements on the home nearly double the property’s value, but it also set a high for the enclave at about $5,000 per square foot.
“It was one of those offers that felt irresponsible to say no to,” Anthony admitted to The Real Deal.
According to the report, the home features seven full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a chef’s kitchen with not one, but three Sub-Zero fridge/freezers, a gym, a massage suite, a theater, a bar, and a wine cellar. There’s also a resort-like backyard area, outfitted with a pool, fire pit, pizza oven, outdoor kitchen, over 400 feet of waterfrontage, and a 75-foot dock.
The house also includes an 18-car garage. But as confirmed by The New York Post, all of those amenities weren’t enough for Robbie, who has enlisted developer Manny Angelo Varas, aka “The Billionaire’s Builder,” to help with the multi-million-dollar addition of a 2,000-square-foot guest house with room for a recording studio.
Before purchasing the Old Cutler Bay property in 2022, Nicole and Anthony sold their former Coral Gables home for $44 million to Jeff Bezos’ mom. One year prior, they bought a $7.5 million condo on Fisher Island. And according to records, Anthony has two smaller homes in Coral Gables.
