Alexis Bellino is unloading a home she purchased amid her marriage to ex-husband Jim Bellino.

As she prepares to settle into married life with her fiancé, John Janssen, 62, the 48-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum put the four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property, which she and Jim, 62, purchased in 2018 for $1.3 million, on the market in April for $2,950,000.

According to the listing, Alexis’ 3,952-square-foot home is located in Marbella Country Club, a prestigious gated community in San Juan Capistrano, California, and was built in 1990.

Once inside, a large, two-story foyer opens up to a massive living area with a couple of chandeliers hanging from the high ceiling and large, arched windows.

The home, which was remodeled and updated several years ago, features plenty of natural light from its oversized windows.

Alexis’ kitchen boasts an open concept and a huge island with a marble countertop, as well as doors that open to the backyard.

Upstairs is a large master suite, which features its own office area and fireplace.

Also in the master suite is an oversized walk-in closet with built-ins and a center island.

 

In the master bathroom are his and her vanities, a soaking tub, and a double-sized shower. 

There’s also a large bedroom with its own bathroom downstairs.

A guest bathroom features a fun wallpaper and a pedestal sink.

Out back is a stunning oasis with a pool, a hot tub, a fireplace, and plenty of room for lounging. There’s even a built-in bar with a BBQ and a refrigerator. 

As RHOC fans may recall, Alexis and Jim purchased a $4 million home in May 2018, just months before he filed for divorce. Around the same time, Alexis and Jim bought the second property — the one Alexis is now trying to sell. 

Amid their divorce, after Alexis agreed to sign over the new home, a deed for the second property was transferred to her.
