Porsha Williams put her 9,427-square-foot Duluth, Georgia, mansion on the market last month.

Weeks after finalizing her divorce from Simon Guobadia, 61, the 44-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star listed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom European-style estate, where her mother, Diane Williams, currently resides, for $1.85 million.

According to a listing on the property, Porsha purchased the home, which was built in 2004 in the gated community of Sugarloaf Country Club, in September 2016 for $1,150,000.

As RHOA fans may have seen, Simon was ordered to pay Porsha $40,000 per month for over a year and grant her ownership of a Rolls-Royce after a judge ruled in favor of enforcing their prenup. Porsha was also given the right to decide whether or not she’d stay living in their $7 million marital home. However, she will have to make a decision by 2027. And because the property was an asset of Simon’s before they got married, she’ll have to buy him out if she opts to remain there.
