Lisa Hochstein‘s boyfriend, Jody Glidden, just sold his Miami Beach home.
Nearly a year after listing the home for $13.95 million, the 50-year-old entrepreneur, who has been dating the 42-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star since late 2022, unloaded the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property for $11.85 million.
The New York Post confirmed the July 18 sale on July 23.
Gimme Shelter was first to report.
Jody, the CEO of AI firm Posstilize, paid $4.22 million for the home in 2019 and spent over $3 million on renovations to give the nearly 90-year-old home, located on the Intracoastal Waterway, a modern feel with a chef’s kitchen, elegant staircase, and resort-like backyard with a large pool and lush landscapes.
As RHOM fans may recall, Jody’s property was mentioned on the sixth season as Adriana de Moura, 58, was confirmed to have lived there previously.

After she began dating Jody, Lisa was forced to vacate her $52 million Star Island home, where estranged husband Lenny Hochstein, 58, now resides with fiancee Katharina Nahlik, 28. From there, she and Jody moved into a $32,000-per-month luxury rental in South Beach.
At the end of last year, in a comment shared to Lenny on Instagram, Lisa explained that both Lenny and Jody were paying for her pricy apartment.
“You pay 17k, Jody pays the rest for a 32k a month place so we can live in the proximity according to the MSA [marital settlement agreement] comfortably with enough space, so I don’t feel alienated from my children you wanted to put me in something small,” she alleged.
No word yet on when The Real Housewives of Miami will begin filming its upcoming seventh season.
