Dolores Catania’s son, Frank “Frankie” Catania Jr., got engaged to his girlfriend, Nicole Perricho, on Saturday at New York City’s famed St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
In a series of posts shared on Instagram over the weekend, Frankie, 26, and his mom, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star, announced the news to their fans and followers, along with several images, including a photo of Nicole’s stunning engagement ring.
“2.22.25 … An absolutely amazing day celebrating such a special engagement! Thank you so much to everyone for the congratulations and warm wishes!” Frankie wrote in the caption of a slideshow of photos of his proposal and the moments that followed.
Around the same time, Dolores posted several images from the church to her page.
“Can’t find the words to depict how much joy we are all feeling since yesterday. My little Frankie, with a heart full of love and a lifetime of memories ahead of him, proposed to his amazing girlfriend Nicole and we couldn’t be happier!!” she proclaimed. “Thank you to everyone that helped and made this day absolute perfection.”
“Here’s to forever, Frankie and Nicole!” she added.
In other photos, Dolores was seen celebrating with Nicole and Brittany Mattessich, the fiance of Frankie’s father and her ex-husband, Frank Catania.
Dolores also posted a close up photo of Nicole’s engagement ring, which was designed by John Anthony Jewelers.
Just last month, during an interview with The Daily Dish, Dolores gushed over Nicole and her relationship with her oldest child, daughter Gabby, 29.
“We met the family in Portugal. Her family’s beautiful,” she said. “She’s the nicest girl. She gets along with Gabby so well.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is currently on pause ahead of its potential 15th season.
