Bethenny Frankel hasn’t had the best year. Not only did her estranged mother pass away, but she also broke up with Paul Bernon, who things seemed to have been going well with. Now, the RHONY OG is picking up the pieces and has a sweet new apartment in New York City. The podcast host recently took to Instagram to show it off.
The reality TV alum met Paul in 2018 and started dating him soon after. The two then moved in together before calling it quits earlier this year. Of course, Bethenny has one daughter, Bryn.
According to Page Six, her new apartment is 1,300 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The RHONY alum didn’t specify the price of her new Upper East Side digs, but similar units in the area recently sold for just under $ 2 million.
Bethenny starts the home tour by saying, “Wanna see my new apartment in New York City? Let’s go!” The first thing she shows off is the entryway of the apartment. It features a modern black table with minimal decorations. There’s even a reference to NYC in the form of a black apple on top of a book.
From there, Bethenny shows what she calls a makeshift mudroom, which is an area where people can remove their shoes before going further into the apartment.
The RHONY OG’s new living room is next on the list, and it features a large gray couch complete with decorative pillows. Naturally, there’s also a table that features another reference to the city.
The RHONY alum then shows fans her dining nook, which looks incredibly well designed.
Her new kitchen also perfectly matches the rest of the apartment. It seems simple and goes with the current trend of being minimalist.
She also gives a glimpse of her bar area in the apartment.
The light fixtures in her new apartment are also super stylish. She even gives a shoutout to the designer.
She then shows Bryn’s room, which features a daybed.
Bethenny calls her new Upper East Side apartment “intimate” and says that much of what you see came from stuff she already had.
She’s also creative, so she took the time to add a personal touch in addition to using designers. It seems like a great place for Bethenny and her daughter.
