Kyle Richards took to her Instagram Story on Friday to show off her ongoing progress in fitness.

Years after cutting alcohol out of her diet, the 56-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who celebrated her daughter Alexia Umansky‘s 29th birthday at Cipriani in Los Angeles earlier this week with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, 54, shared a gym selfie with her fans and followers.

As she posed in a way that showcased her arm muscles and backside, Kyle was seen in a salmon-colored gym set with black and white striping on the leggings. 

“Happy Friday,” read a message included with Kyle’s June 20 post.

Kyle shared her Instagram photo just one day after she and Mauricio were spotted celebrating Alexia’s birthday as a family. 

In a video shared by TMZ, which described their outing as “awkward,” Kyle and Mauricio were seen bidding adieu to their daughters and their partners after Alexia’s dinner — and even sharing a friendly kiss.

“[Kyle Richards] and [Mauricio Umansky] will clearly do anything for their children … including suffering through some awkward moments — like a kiss on the cheek that’ll leave ya cringing!” the outlet proclaimed in the caption of a video shared on X, which was credited to Backgrid.

Despite their split, Kyle and Maurico, who also share daughters Sophia Umansky, 25, and Portia Umansky, 17, have maintained a united front as a family. In fact, they are reportedly coming together for the sake of Sophia’s health following the news of the former realtor’s use of Monjauro.

“They are really upset that she’s taking a weight loss drug when she doesn’t need to lose any weight. It’s especially upsetting for Kyle because she suffered from an eating disorder when she was younger, and the last thing she wants is to see her daughter go through anything similar,” a source told Life & Style last week. “Sophia insists that she needed to take it, that she had weight she needed help losing, but the reality is she is not overweight and never has been. It’s very worrisome for her parents, and they’re begging her to stop before she seriously damages her health.”

“Kyle is now monitoring her diet and nagging her to take her vitamins,” the insider continued. “No matter how old Sophia gets Kyle and Mauricio will still dote on her, that’s how they are with their kids, they are very hands-on parents.”
