Ariana Madix was met with rumors of a nose job after sharing a video of herself on Instagram in which she promoted her upcoming guest role on Will Trent.

As she also opened up about whether or not she’ll be tuning into the 12th season of Vanderpump Rules, teased the February 25 episode of the ABC series, and reacted to her iHeart Radio Music Awards nomination, Ariana, 39, addressed the idea that she may have gone under the knife.

“Disney has always been a very important part of my life. I actually worked at Disney World when I was in college. I was friends with a lot of really amazing characters and getting to hang out with all of them was really special .. So it’s been super, super fun being here filming Will Trent,” Ariana shared in an Instagram video on February 24.

But after sharing the clip in a joint post with the series, Ariana was met with fans who wondered if she had gotten plastic surgery.

“Did Ariana get a nose job? She looks different. Beautiful but different,” one person wrote.

“No and barring some kind of injury, I never will. I’ve always loved my nose,” Ariana replied.

Days prior, after being questioned about the upcoming 12th season of Pump Rules and its all-new cast, Ariana revealed she’d be tuning into the new episodes.

“I am very curious about it, so I definitely think I will tune in and just see how they did it and what’s going on. But if it makes me too anxious, I’ll bail,” she told Extra TV on February 21. “That genre of reality TV has always been something that’s hard for me to watch because it gives me a lot of anxiety to watch shows like that … When it’s the real-life stuff, it definitely makes me feel a little bit, like the day-to-day, it gives me anxiety.”

“Like, I can’t watch [Real Housewives]. It’s too much anxiety,” she admitted.

As for her role on Tuesday’s episode of Will Trent, which airs on ABC at 8/7c and streams on Hulu, Ariana explained that while she’ll be playing herself, she’ll be offering viewers a heightened version.

“As I started to get more into the process of getting ready for it, I started thinking, ‘Well, I need to think of myself also as a character that I’m playing,’ and I think the script really helped with that as well, because the script is very much a heightened version of me. And then there were certain moments that I thought, ‘Well, what are things that people always think that I do?’ or ‘How do people think that I am?’ and I’ll just lean into that a little bit and kind of give that,” she explained. “There’s a few moments where, you know, I definitely had to give a really good eye roll, you know? Things like that that felt quintessentially what people think of when they think of me.”

Overall, Ariana said that filming Will Trent was a “really fun” experience.

“It’s a very well-oiled machine and they kill it. They’re, like, the best at what they do and it’s such a positive feeling on set. I felt like that the moment that I walked on set,” she gushed.

She also had the pleasure of working alongside one of her “dearest friends,” who wrote the episode.

“I got to see him on set as well and so it all just felt very, very comfortable. We actually shot my last scene first, so as nervous as I was, I think, going into that first day of shooting, I think it being the last scene, once you see what that last scene is, I think it all actually just worked out so well, and the way that they planned that worked perfectly for what happens in that scene… It was a dream,” she admitted.

She even walked away with “a few bumps and bruises” from action scenes.

“But I felt like those were, you know, I wore them with honor leaving set. And I was doing it all in some very tall heels, so that part was also really fun,” she shared.

As for her nomination for Favorite Broadway Debut at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards for her role as Roxie Hart in Chicago, Ariana expressed shock.

“I couldn’t believe that I was nominated and hopefully people are still voting… for me, but I think what was the most mind-blowing for me was seeing the other names that are in that category and to have my name even listed in that category with them — I mean, these are bona fide stars,” she stated.

Vanderpump Rules is expected to return to Bravo later this year with its all-new cast.
