On the season finale of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Angela is hell bent on trying to figure out who tried to sabotage her marriage at Kelli‘s event. What she thinks she uncovers may shock viewers, although there is no actual proof linking the suspect to the rumors. Brit and Shamea go at it at the Charles Oakley gala, and Porsha and Shamea navigate their friendship.
Since the death of her cousin, Londie, Porsha has been going through a lot. Phaedra is assisting Porsha and her family through this process, as she is the “chairman of the usher board for heaven.” We learn that most of the girls have reached out to Porsha to extend their condolences, and this year that Porsha thought she was going to have has taken a few hard turns.
Angela is still reeling from the ambush on her marriage that occurred at Kelli’s event. She visits her therapist (whom she has seen since 2017), and she explains that she is trying to protect her family. Angela’s marriage already has a strain on it, thanks to the investment homes not producing said investment. The last thing Angela needs is someone claiming Charles is cheating.
It took her a long time to trust Charles, and she is set on finding out where this rumor originated. It seems so weird that someone would send a person to hurt Angela and potentially destroy her marriage, so she intends on protecting what she loves.
Tonight, Shamea has invited her close friends and execs to showcase the music that she has been creating. “As the resident singer of the friend group,” Drew is there to “give constructive criticism and see if [Shamea’s] mic is on.” Ooooh, the shade. Brit knows better than to sit near Kelli upon her arrival. Kelli claims that Brit is nonexistent.
Shamea has not been on the stage in over 20 years, but she puts on a full-blown production, outfit changes and all. Of course, Brit and Drew enjoy picking apart Shamea’s performance.
After the show, Angela talks about the upcoming Charles Oakley foundation gala to help feed 100,000 children. We all know what happened the last time the Housewives were tasked with donating… ahem, Brit. Seems like maybe Brit should be less concerned about the number of followers Kelli has and more focused on donating.
Before the night ends, Shamea chats with Brit. Cynthia was the one who gave Shamea the heads up that Brit is trying to stir sh*t up with Porsha. Shamea wonders why Brit would share this, but Brit does not back down, claiming Shamea has called Porsha a bad friend. Shamea denies sharing text messages about disliking Porsha, but she thinks that Brit is just jealous of her friendship with Porsha. Because she feels attacked, Brit goes low, questioning if Shamea’s daughter was as sick as she claimed, considering Shamea was out taking shots in Miami. An angry Shamea shouts back, “At least I’m not popping pills, Brit,” and she goes on to call Brit a lady of the night.
Later, Kelli is working through that single mom life, and her sister comes to lend a hand. Kelli talks about her frustrations with the store opening and with her divorce not being finalized. She realizes that she has to carefully open the new store because she is still married, and then that means they have connected assets. Speaking of divorces, after asking Drew’s permission to come up from the basement, Ralph has a relatively calm conversation with Drew about coparenting.
Phaedra lets us in on her dating life. She is currently with a much younger (and taller) man, and she explains that she is not into the marriage aspect of life right now. Instead, she is looking forward to bringing her new man to the upcoming gala.
It’s been a few weeks since Brit’s mom moved into their home. She is having the whole family over, which has not occurred in over a year. Her husband’s side of the family is also coming over because her family has never gotten a chance to spend a lot of time mingling since they were married during COVID. The couple announces that they are planning on having a wedding ceremony since they were robbed of that during lockdown.
The Charles Oakley Foundation has been in existence since 2017, and tonight’s the night of the gala. There is a fundraising goal of $50,000, but that’s not the only focus of the evening for Angela. Her energy is on Marcus, the mystery stranger who came in hot at Kelli’s event, claiming Charles was cheating. Drew and Angela were able to track him down and shake him down, finding out that someone put him up to that. Angela promises that she will get to the bottom of it all.
During the gala, various people are honored, including Porsha. Porsha and Londie are instrumental in the work she does with her charity. Porsha becomes overwhelmed with emotion as she thinks back to her late cousin, and Shamea leads the charge to calm Porsha down. She prays that Porsha truly knows how much she means to her, despite whatever BS is happening around them.
Angela gets a chance to sit down with the group to discuss the ambush at Kelli’s event. At first, Angela seems to be pointing the finger at Kelli for setting Marcus up. Then, she switches gears, hinting that perhaps Brit orchestrated the chaos. Drew and Angela go to grab Marcus, a shock to the ladies… and to Charles.
Charles becomes enraged, and we get to see “the enforcer” come alive. He wants no part of this rumor continuing and abruptly tells Marcus to leave. An irate Angela insists that Charles needs to trust her in this moment and allow Marcus to say what he knows. Disgusted, Charles is over the drama and walks away.
Marcus finally gets the stage. He claims that Phaedra is “the godfather in Atlanta,” and SHE was the one who made him deliver this news about Charles’ infidelity. Phaedra is just as shocked as the rest of the ladies. Why would Phaedra come for anyone’s marriage when her marriage was destroyed on national TV?
Everyone seems to think that Phaedra has been framed. Marcus goes on to say that there was a connect named Junebug who passed along the information, but Phaedra is confused about how she can be accused of something without any proof. Phaedra was the one who had all the information about Marcus and the one who pointed Angela in his direction. Interesting…
Phaedra decides to call Angela out on her foreclosure, but Angela claims that Phaedra is once again getting messy in a different friendship group. Why are they raising hell and not money? Angela continues to go low and question Phaedra and her parenting, and while she fights with Phaedra, another argument is starting.
Brit and Shamea are at each other. Shamea wonders why Brit brought up her kid, hinting that Shamea was faking her daughter’s sickness. Shamea explains that she walked away because she “wanted to beat her a*s.” Brit wonders, “Is that a threat?” Which is rich coming from the lady who threatens people with guns.
As the season wraps, we learn that Kelli is finally able to finalize her divorce, Brit is opening a new insurance agency, and although Drew has released a new album, her divorce is still not finalized. Porsha wonders what is going on with her friendship with Shamea. Phaedra stays busy, Shamea hopes to welcome a baby boy soon via surrogate, and Angela was able to sell three-fifths of her investment properties. Fingers crossed that her new fan line can help her make back some of the lost money… oh, and no vow renewal for her and Charles yet.
Five months later, things seem to be picking up for Porsha at HER home. This means that she can film there once again. She is hopeful that at the upcoming court date, the judge will enforce the prenup, making it straightforward and easy. But nothing is ever easy. Simon was detained entering the country in February of 2025… so there goes that quick closure…
