Pete Carroll Sends Message to Maxx Crosby Amid Speculation on Cryptic Social Media Post - suong

The Las Vegas Raiders' new head coach Pete Carroll is known as a straight shooter who doesn't waste a whole lot of time in getting to the point as a leader of men and football teams.

On Monday, Carroll was introduced as the new head coach of the franchise after taking a season off following following 14 seasons as the leader of the Seattle Seahawks.

One of the first orders of business for Carroll will be to rally some of the Raiders' most talented players in anticipation for a potential comeback season.

One of them is star pass rusher Maxx Crosby, whom Carroll sent a strong message to on Monday.

"Maxx Crosby, send a message man," Carroll said. "We're coming after you. We're going to come find you guys and get this thing rolling as soon as possible with the highest of expectations.

"With a mentality that will drive high performance in a way hopefully that everyone's going to hear us."

Crosby caught the attention of Raiders and NFL fans on Jan. 24 when he shared a cryptic social media post that fueled speculation heading into the offseason.

"Undisputed. They Will Wish They Treated You Better When Times Were Tough. The Fake Always Expose Themselves.... #LIMITLESS," Crosby, who had 7.5 sacks and 28 tackles last season, wrote.
