For better or worse, Southern Charm is one of the most talked about shows on Bravo. Much of the chatter this season has been over Craig Conover claiming Jarrett “JT” Thomas called Patricia Altchul a derogatory name. However, Ms. Pat is now making waves herself as she just revealed that Shep Rose‘s then-girlfriend, Sienna Evans, approached someone before him. Plus, Shep recently broke the fourth wall when he showed text messages to Sienna on the show.
Fans will recall that Shep and Sienna met on a dating app as they were filming season 10 of the hit show. Sadly, they broke up before 2024 ended, and he claimed she became indignant toward him when he wouldn’t pay for a plane ticket for her to come and see him.
There’s quite a bit going on this season on Southern Charm. During the most recent episode, Patricia was having a conversation with Madison LeCroy, and the topic of Shep and Sienna came up. Madison said, “I met Shep’s girlfriend, Sienna, and I think she’s a lovely girl. Twenty-six [with] a lot of energy.”
She then said that her grandmother was the reason she gave Shep a chance back when they dated. However, the scene didn’t stop there as Ms. Pat said, “Well, between you and me, [Sienna] approached Whitney before Shep.” From there, Patricia had to remember where Sienna approached Whitney, and then it came to her that it was the dating site Raya.
Patricia continued, “I said to Whitney, ‘You owe it to Shep to tell him.'” Patricia then said that he didn’t want her to tell anyone about Sienna reaching out. She added, “He’s gonna kill me.”
Both Madison and Patricia agreed that it seemed Sienna had ulterior motives for talking to both Whitney and Shep on the app.
According to Bravo, Shep recently shared text messages from Sienna with Austen Kroll, and he broke the fourth wall in regard to filming the show. In the scene, he said that she had come back from Africa, and she hadn’t reached out in the two days since returning. He said to Austen, “At that point, I was kind of spiraling. I finally said on Sunday, ‘Where are you?'”
Once she responded, he texted her, “You’re an important part of my life. And I was worried about you. And I like it honestly because it means I care. I like caring. It makes me a better person. I don’t like not talking to you.”
He went on in the text messages, “Because I love you. And I’m happily making plans for the future as with us in mind. I wanted to get on a plane and find you this weekend. I didn’t have to film.”
Sienna’s response read, “Okay, I’m sorry. I’ve just been going through a lot, and I kinda need the space.”
Shep then told her that he wanted to share everything with her — the good and the bad. He also shared how this feeling was different for him, and he usually keeps “everyone at arm’s length.”
In response to Shep having a hard time, Austen reminded him that he’d only been hanging out with her for about six weekends at that point, and it was odd given some of the things Shep had said to him before.
