Paige DeSorbo unexpectedly sets up with Naomie Olindo after breaking up with Craig Conover – has the old drama been “put aside”? - lulu

Paige DeSorbo appears to be on good terms with former “Southern Charm” star Naomie Olindo, months after her split from their mutual ex, Craig Conover.

On August 11, Olindo posted a series of Instagram photos from a recent trip to Jamaica with her boyfriend, Billy Haire. Olindo posed in a long wrap skirt alongside Haire at the Round Hill Hotel and Villas Resort. “A little bit of bliss!” she captioned the photo carousel.

Fans were thrilled to see a comment from DeSorbo. “Gorgeous,” DeSorbo commented on Olindo’s post.

 Fans also reacted in the comment section as they tagged DeSorbo.

Paige DeSorbo Got Along With Naomie Olindo When They Both Appeared on ‘Southern Charm’

Olindo dated Conover from 2015 to 2017, several years before he began a three-year relationship with DeSorbo. Olindo’s  2021 split from her subsequent boyfriend, Metul Shah, took place just as Conover was getting serious with DeSorbo.

When Conover was seeing DeSorbo but wasn’t yet exclusive with her, he admitted to hooking up with Olindo during a trip to Las Vegas. Olindo revealed that fans wanted to see her and Conover get back together. “Oh, my God, yeah [fans wanted us together],” Olindo said of her and Conover on the  “Skinny Confidential Him & Her” podcast in 2022. “He’s dating someone who I really like. Paige is great.”

On “Southern Charm” Season 8, the two women had a one-on-one chat during filming.

“You are my boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend. We were never going to be best friends,” DeSorbo told Olindo in one episode. “It’s not like we were going to call each other and be like, ‘Let’s get coffee.’ But I wanted to be able to be with you in settings like this and be like, ‘Where did you get those pants?'”

DeSorbo noted that they could “be cool” with one another.

“I think you are such a bada**,” Olindo replied.

In November 2021, DeSorbo appeared in a photo from the “Southern Charm” Friendsgiving episode along with Olindo, Conover, Shep Rose, Kathryn Dennis, Leva Bonaparte,  and Austen Kroll. At the time, fans commented that they loved how DeSorbo and Olindo could co-exist in the same friend group.

Paige DeSorbo Stopped Talking to Some ‘Southern Charm’ Cast Members After Her Breakup With Craig Conover

In 2023, DeSorbo told People magazine she was friends with all of the female “Southern Charm” cast members. “All of the ‘Southern Charm’ girls have been so lovely and so nice to me, and I’m really so thankful because coming into a new group of girlfriends is hard for anyone,” she told the outlet. “Olivia [Flowers] has been so sweet, and Madison [LeCroy]. And Venita [Aspen] is always up in New York, so I’m really thankful that they’ve been so nice to me.”

Things changed a bit when DeSorbo and Conover ended their relationship in late 2024.

During an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” earlier this year, DeSorbo said she lost touch with LeCroy following the split, which she admitted made her “really sad.”

“I loved Madison,” DeSorbo told host Andy Cohen. “Like I really thought we were close. … When the breakup happened, she texted me like in the middle of January. But it was more about like the attention it was getting. It wasn’t really like a check-in, and I was like I don’t need to give anyone, like, tea right now. And then shortly thereafter, it was very obvious she was Team My Ex. So, I was like, it’s best to just leave it, that’s your friend. But I do like her, I thought we were friends.”

During her appearance on WWHL, DeSorbo revealed that she was also good friends with Conover’s pal Kroll before the split. But after Kroll commented on rumors about her breakup from Conover,  DeSorbo commented on the WWHL Instagram page and admitted she hadn’t spoken to Kroll in a while. “Ahhh yes, a man I haven’t spoken to in 6 months knows exactly what I’m doing,” she wrote.
