Paige DeSorbo is not interested in fans' theories on why she and Craig Conover broke up.

The Summer House star, 32, announced on the Monday, Dec. 30 episode of her podcast Giggly Squad that she and the Southern Charm star, 35, split after dating for three years. The former couple began dating in 2021 after appearing on Winter House together.

Following DeSorbo’s announcement, fans have speculated about their split on social media — and the reality star is now weighing in.

One user posted a TikTok video on Dec. 30, arguing that DeSorbo should've decided to "settle down" with Conover much sooner and she prolonged their relationship for no reason. In response, DeSorbo wrote, "May friends like this never find me."

Another user posted a video of her boyfriend ranting about the former couple's split, claiming that fans would have "to be blind not to see this coming" after their frequent disagreements on the show, and that it was DeSorbo's "call" to end things because she "spoke very vocally about what she wanted." Commenting on the Jan. 1 clip, DeSorbo wrote: "We love a gossip king."

A different fan posted a since-deleted video on Jan. 1, claiming that DeSorbo "called it quits" with Conover after learning that he was "about to propose," according to Page Six. The move ultimately “caught him off guard" and “ruined the proposal,” Page Six reported, citing the fan video.

DeSorbo then reportedly replied to the video, writing: "I’m obsessed with all of this fan fiction.”

But when the same fan posted a video on Jan. 2, claiming that DeSorbo was caught "cheating" on the Southern Charm star with an “internet personality" who is not on TV nor a celebrity, DeSorbo seemingly set the record straight.

In the comments section, she appeared to deny the allegations and even threatened to take legal action. "See you in court," she wrote.

DeSorbo’s comments come days after she told her Giggly Squad co-host Hannah Berner and their listeners that the breakup “was just the right decision for both of us moving forward in our lives and the direction in our lives that we didn’t force."

"I have so much love and respect for Craig. I think he is one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life. I will remain the biggest fan of him and want the best for him and he truly will get the best because he is the best,” she said.

“I love him, I think he loves me,” she added. “I think we will remain friends. Noone did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing. I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real-time and what you want for your future.”

"As you get older, I mean, I started dating Craig when I was 29 and I’m 32 now," she said. "And your 30s, for women, I feel like are very transformative. And you change a lot and you grow a lot. Him as well."

Although DeSorbo candidly discussed the breakup, Conover has not yet commented. Weeks before they split, Conover told PEOPLE that they had plans to get married one day.

"We're playing the long game. It would be easy to go for instant gratification, but the foundation that we're building is so that we die together one day, not just make it fun," he said at the time. "We know we're going to get married one day, and when it happens, it'll be a lot of fun, but whenever that is, who knows?"

Following their breakup, it appeared DeSorbo's pillow line had been removed from Conover’s lifestyle website Sewing Down South. The link, which used to lead to “The Paige Collection,” suddenly appeared blank.
