In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the Summer House alum, 32, reveals whether she sees a return to reality TV in her future.

"Reality TV was so fun, and I feel like I was the perfect age to do Summer House and what the vibe was," says DeSorbo. "I would never say never, but I think coming off of it after seven years, I would love a break."

DeSorbo reaffirms that a return to reality TV wouldn't be "anytime soon."

"But again," she says, "I would never say never."

DeSorbo recently opened up to PEOPLE about whether she'd be returning to Long Island this summer, despite leaving Summer House.

The Giggly Squad podcast host said that she's been enjoying spending time with her family and recently returned from a family trip to Italy, which she called the "most relaxing" two weeks.

"I really haven't been able to go home a lot during the summer," said DeSorbo. "So, I'm actually very excited to spend a couple of weekends in Albany with my family [and] go to some places that I never get the chance to this summer."

She then revealed that she "might take a break from the Hamptons."

"I know the vibe," said DeSorbo. "I've done it." Instead, she's excited to try out "new spots."

Last month, DeSorbo revealed she wouldn't be returning to Summer House for season 10.

On Instagram Stories, she shared her decision, which she called a "little life update."

"Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable," wrote DeSorbo. "You've seen me grow up over these last 7 summers."

She added that she'd "always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me."

"But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it's time for this chapter to close," she explained.

"To my castmates, the fans, and my NBCU family: thank you. I never could've imagined what this journey would turn into — and how many of you would be along for the ride," she continued. "And you haven't seen the last of me, I promise. So much more to do together, but for now you know you can always find me and Daphne in my bed."
