Paige DeSorbo & Lindsay Hubbard Talk Reality TV Future Ahead of Next ‘Summer House’ Season-quang

Paige DeSorbo and Lindsay Hubbard both spoke out about their future on reality TV.

In separate interviews, the veteran ”Summer House” stars addressed the possibility of returning for new seasons of the Bravo reality show, which films each summer in a shared party house in the Hamptons.

Both stars have experienced great life changes over the past few months. DeSorbo had a high-profile breakup with her longtime boyfriend, “Southern Charm” star Craig Conover, while Hubbard gave birth to her first baby less than a year into a new relationship.

Paige DeSorbo Admitted She’s Not Trying to Be On Reality TV

DeSorbo, 32, joined “Summer House” in its third season, which aired in 2019. She has been a main cast member through the currently-airing 9th season. During that time, her career has thrived with her “Giggly Squad” podcast and other ventures.

In a February 2025 interview with Elle, DeSorbo—who has also appeared on Bravo’s “Winter House” and “Southern Charm”—admitted she will be fine when her time on reality television comes to an end.

“I never tried to be on reality TV,” she told the outlet. “So I’m not trying to stay on it either. It fit in my life perfectly when I started. And if it continues to fit, then I’ll continue to do it.”

In a 2024 interview with People magazine, DeSorbo admitted she almost backed out of her role on “Summer House.”

“When I first got the call, I remember calling my dad, crying, and being like, ‘I actually can’t do this. I’m way too sensitive. If someone doesn’t like me on the show, off the show, I won’t be able to handle it,’” she told the magazine in August. “And he said, ‘Do it for one year. If you hate it, you never have to go back, but at least you’ll know.’ And that’s what put me in the mindset to actually film the first season. And then by the second weekend, I was like, ‘I love it.”

Lindsay Hubbard is Open to All Reality TV Offers

Because Hubbard is a new mom, she knows it won’t be feasible to spend every weekend partying in the Hamptons when “Summer House” cameras pick up in July.

Speaking with Stylecaster in February 2025, she admitted she would say “yes” if asked to return, but she would have some stipulations. “Obviously, I’m not gonna live in the summer house with my baby every weekend. Because that would be [expletive] crazy.”

“We did a lot of filming in the city the last couple of years,” she added. “I live in the city. I’m also planning on being in the Hamptons. Maybe I’m not living at the house every weekend, but let’s stop by the house or let’s meet up at the beach or let’s go to the park in the city.”

Hubbard did not dismiss buzz that she’d be a good fit for “The Real Housewives of New York City” now that producers have issued a casting call for season 16. “It is top of mind for a lot of people at Bravo right now what to do with me. I’ll leave it at that,” she teased.

During a February 2025 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Hubbard said she loves working on Bravo and would do “whatever makes the most sense” going forward. “Of course, if RHONY makes sense for me give me a call,” she said. “But I also know that it’s kind of a bigger conversation among the network and my executives. We’re at a point now where I think everything’s on the table and if we can you know figure out how to show my transitioning life into motherhood on ‘Summer House’ let’s do it. If there’s other projects that people want to consider me for I’m available.”
