“Owning Manhattan” star Chloe Tucker Caine is owning her opinion of Alexis Bellino.
In an exclusive interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, the 33-year-old real estate pro urges Bellino to “get a life” while defending the latter’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” nemesis Shannon Beador.
“It’s just, like, ‘Girl, get a life. Do whatever it is that you do. Like, enough!’” says Caine, who developed a friendship with Beador when the two appeared on a July episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”
“It’s like she’s trying to keep sticking it to Shannon,” she adds, “and Shannon’s like, ‘I want to move on.’”
In recent episodes of “RHOC,” “friend of” the cast Bellino, 47, has threatened to release allegedly damning footage of Beador, 60, if she continues to speak poorly of ex John Janssen — who Bellino accepted a proposal from on Tuesday after nine months of dating.
Bellino stated that there are “a lot of” videos in the couple’s vault — some purported to be from the night of Beador’s headline-making DUI arrest in September 2023 — that could “ruin her life” if they were to be made public.
Caine, for her part, finds talk of such commination to be unconscionable.
“How dare Alexis be … stringing this in her face, like, dangling this carrot,” she says, emphasizing that “John just sounds like the worst.”
Beador, who dated Janssen on and off for years before fizzling out in 2023, has said that she was “hurt” and “confused” by his unexpected connection with Bellino — and admitted she did not “know how to process” the news when it first came out.
On the current installment of “Orange County,” Beador is also navigating the turmoil of a contentious legal battle with Janssen over payments for a facelift of hers.
“I think he wants a storyline,” Caine quips.
A rep for Bellino and Janssen didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Compounded with the aftermath Beador’s DUI drama and personal pain over seeing Janssen move on with Bellino, the Netflix personality tells “Virtual Reali-Tea” that the Bravolebrity was “nervous” before filming for Season 18 commenced.
However, Beador’s setbacks — and how she’s chosen to handle them — have seemingly endeared her to a large portion of viewers who have labeled themselves “Team Shannon” as her feud with Bellino plays out.
“She really is [winning]. I love that woman and God bless,” Caine says of her pal. “Team Shannon, a million percent … I’m just so happy for her that she’s not with John.”
After connecting at “WWHL,” Beador and Caine caught up over dinners — where the SERHANT. Real Estate agent agreed to help the “Housewives” vet’s daughter Sophie, 23, find a place in the city.
“We fell in love. I helped her daughter Sophie find an apartment here in New York. She just moved and we did all of our dinners … and we love Shannon,” she says before reiterating, “We are Team Shannon.”
“Owning Manhattan” is available to stream on Netflix.
