FURIOUS Love Island fans have threatened to 'call Ofcom' while hitting out at 'nasty' treatment of a villa girl.
Things took a tense turn for one of the ITV2 dating show's newest couples.
OG Islanders Shakira Khan and Conor Phillips coupled up after ditching their Casa Amor partners.
But during a game of Couples of Sorts - where the villa cast learned what viewers think of them - drama ensued.
After being selected as part of a "one-sided" couple, footballer Harrison Solomon said: "I think Conor and Shakira should be up here.
"We had a conversation - me, you and H - basically what was said was, you like him more than Ty.
"But I don't think you like Con as much as you like Harry."
As results were being read out for another question, Shakira quipped to Conor: "I'd laugh if this was us now."
After receiving the cold shoulder in return, she swiped: "Oh, he's not laughing, okay."
Following the game, Conor had a chat with fellow villa lads Harrison, Harry and Dejon.
He then pulled Shakira for a chat, where she branded what the boys told him as "b******s".
She added: "It's been twisted. I told you that and you just wanted to believe the boys straight away."
Shakira later broke down in tears to her pal Toni, saying: "Why are they trying to create this narrative like I'm obsessed with [Harry]? I don't get it.
"They're all just so fake! I'm surrounded by fake f*****g people who smile in your face and chat s**t about you behind your back."
The next day, Toni gave Harry, Harrison and Dejon a piece of her mind, calling them out for their behaviour.
One viewer penned on X: "Everybody should write to ofcom because the way Shakira Khan has been treated is nasty #LoveIsland."
Another added: "The boys reaction to Shakira being upset is telling everything about them."
A third shared: "Seeing shakira that upset is so heartbreaking #LoveIsland I can't watch these villainous men anymore."
While a fourth remarked: "I'm not joking after this episode, I will write a letter to ofcom about how the islanders are mistreating Shakira."
A fifth chimed in: "ofcom will be hearing from me, these people are bullying shakira."
Although Shakira and Conor made up later in the episode, will their connection last?
