What was once hyped as the most iconic reunion in British music history has now descended into a bitter backstage war, as the long-awaited Oasis comeback tour is rocked by furious accusations, logistical meltdowns, and a growing sense of betrayal among the crew.
Katie Hind can exclusively reveal that tensions have reached boiling point behind the scenes, with multiple insiders accusing Noel and Liam Gallagher of putting profit above people — and “treating long-time crew like disposable extras.”
One senior road manager, who worked with the band during their heyday and was re-hired for the reunion, didn't hold back: “This isn’t about the music anymore. It’s a cash grab. And the way they’re running this tour proves it. Old mates are being pushed out, staff are underpaid, and no one’s getting a straight answer from either brother.”
The first sign of trouble came when several long-serving tour crew members were abruptly let go just weeks before rehearsals began — replaced, insiders say, by cheaper hires with “zero history” with the band. “They just got an email.
