The Minnesota Vikings have signed defensive tackle Harrison Phillips to a two-year, $19 million extension, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported.
The new deal includes $13 million guaranteed, per Pelissero.
Phillips, who has started each of the Vikings' 35 regular-season games since he signed with the team in 2022, was previously set to play this fall on an expiring contract. He is now set to remain in Minnesota through 2026.

Phillips originally joined the Vikings on a three-year, $19.55 million deal after four seasons with the Buffalo Bills.
His previous deal included $8.45 million fully guaranteed.

The Bills originally wanted to retain Phillips but could not compete with market demand for the tackle, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported at the time.
That price has only risen as Phillips has established himself as a reliable nose tackle for the Vikings. Through his first two seasons with the team, he recorded 151 tackles along with 4.5 sacks, 12 quarterback hits, three passes defensed and one fumble recovery.
In 2023 Phillips played a career-high 839 snaps while ranking second among NFL defensive linemen with 92 tackles.
After being named a team captain ahead of the 2024 season, Phillips opened the campaign strong by recording five tackles and a sack on Sunday to help the Vikings to a Week 1 win over the New York Giants.
Phillips may have taken about 74 percent of the team's defensive snaps last season, but the Vikings indicated last spring that they were hoping to manage his playing time in 2024 (h/t ESPN's Kevin Seifert).
That plan seemed to be underway as Phillips took just over half of the Vikings' defensive snaps in Sunday's season opener. Now that Minnesota has even more incentive to keep Phillips healthy for a long-term role on the Vikings' defense, he could expect to see a similar share next Sunday as the team takes on Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers.
